When we first heard about Miracle Garden, we honestly had no idea what to expect. Based on the…read moreoutside appearance and location, we thought it would be more of a traditional rancho-style venue. The moment we walked in, though, we were completely blown away. It was absolutely stunning. During our first tour, we met Ricardo, and I remember telling my husband before we even left that if we chose this venue, I hoped Ricardo would be our coordinator. At the time, we weren't quite ready to book and decided to wait. A year later, after touring venues throughout Southern California and even Valle de Guadalupe, we came back to Miracle Garden and there was not a single doubt in our minds. While the other venues were beautiful, they simply were not Miracle Garden. For everything you receive for the price and the quality of the experience, it truly is a no-brainer. To our surprise, when we returned a year later, Ricardo ended up being our coordinator. It truly felt like everything came full circle. From day one, he was professional, funny, reassuring, and genuinely cared about us. His integrity was evident from our very first meetings. He doesn't just love what he does, he truly loves his couples and wants them to have the best wedding experience possible. The planning process was surprisingly stress-free. As a bride, I'll admit I started getting nervous seeing other brides online sharing every wedding detail. I wondered if we were behind, but looking back, I realized Leidys and her team knew exactly what they were doing. Our food tasting was such a fun experience. There were so many delicious options, and the cake was incredible. To this day, our guests still talk about how amazing the food was at our wedding. As Mexicans, we know that is one of the biggest compliments you can receive because our families can definitely be critics! We received nothing but amazing feedback. One of the things we loved most is how much Miracle Garden includes in their packages. It truly allows you to relax and enjoy being engaged. Even though I added personal touches because that is just the type of bride I am, every idea I brought to the owner and team was welcomed with kindness and excitement. Leidys deserves so much recognition. She envisioned a "jardín europeo" style for our wedding, and I immediately fell in love with the idea. She transformed that vision into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The white flowers, greenery, and floral structure created the romantic garden atmosphere I had always dreamed of. I still remember telling her, "I trust you. Surprise us." Her face lit up because she was genuinely excited to create something beautiful. Her creativity, passion, and love for making couples' dreams come true are truly remarkable. She was always available to answer questions and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Our wedding was not just another event to her; she treated it as if it were her own wedding. She poured her heart and soul into every detail. One of my favorite memories happened right after our ceremony. Leidys saved the entire reception setup as a surprise for us and covered my eyes as we walked toward the reception so I would not see anything beforehand. When she uncovered my eyes, I was completely speechless. Seeing everything come together brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I dreamed of and more. She made us, but especially me as the bride, feel so incredibly special. Ricardo was also incredible on our wedding day. He was there from the morning until the very end, making sure vendors were coordinated, the timeline stayed on track, and every detail was handled seamlessly. One moment I will never forget was after our ceremony when he made sure my husband and I had our drinks waiting for us before we even thought about getting one ourselves. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how much he truly prioritized us. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the drinks were, and how much of a hit the shot cart was. Many of our family and friends have told us that our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended. Thank you, Leidys, Ricardo, Liz, and the entire Miracle Garden team for giving us the most magical day of our lives. Miracle Garden is truly a gem. They did not just create a beautiful wedding, they created memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. That is something you simply cannot put a price on. With all our love and gratitude, Victorino & Viviana Moreno

He truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we wanted it to be. I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the event to compliment him and tell me what an amazing job he was doing. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. That being said, I do feel that communication could really use some improvement. It was often difficult to get answers to simple questions. There were times when days, and even weeks, would go by without receiving a response to messages I had sent. I often had to send the same message multiple times before getting an answer. It also felt like I would receive a response more quickly from the owner whenever I mentioned potentially adding an additional service to my package. When I did receive responses from the owner, they often focused on whether I wanted to add a particular service to my package, which sometimes came across as more of a sales opportunity than an effort to answer my questions. Because of this, I eventually felt discouraged from reaching out with questions directly. I also feel that some of the staff could benefit from additional training, particularly when it comes to professionalism and customer service. There was an older gentleman on-site who was rude to multiple guests, including both my husband's parents and my parents, which was disappointing and not something you want to hear. (Safe to say we were both upset hearing about that during the event) The lead bartender was also very rude to my husband. Her communication was unprofessional, and several of the responses we received from her were confusing and left us questioning whether we were communicating with someone who understood the responsibilities of their role. She also seemed to have very little knowledge about the details of our event, and it did not appear that there was much communication between her and the owner. Thankfully, I sent a confirmation text a few days before the event because that was apparently the only way she became aware that we were having a cocktail hour. There were also a few details with the décor that were disappointing. Some decorative elements were added to the tables even though we had specifically discussed a few days before the event that we did not want those elements included. Despite these issues, the venue itself was absolutely stunning, and Ricardo was truly exceptional. His hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our experience. I just hope the venue takes the other feedback seriously, as improving communication and staff training would make an already beautiful venue an even better experience for future couples.

I can't say enough good things about it. All our guests couldn't believe it either. Absolutely beautiful. Now i have to give a fair review. There were 2 things that i was not happy with. One is a small thing and the other is pretty important. The first is the food. It was all really good!!! We got a lot of compliments on their food. What was bad was their pasta salad. That needs some serious work and probably a whole new recipe. It was pretty bad. That's an easy small fix. The big one is the DJ. Oh my God he was horrible. It was so bad it could have ruined my party if i let it get to me, but i chose to just have fun. They make you use their DJ due to lIghts and all. Which is great. If that's the case, then get a good one. My husband gave him a complete play list of what we wanted to hear. How can you mess that up? Well he did. He didn't play any of tHe songs on there. Not one! He played what he wanted. We gave him the list a week before the party and then again on the night of the party. So those are the two things i had an issue with. This place was still amazing and the perfect place to have your special night at!!!!! Thanks guys, i truly loved it!!!!!

We probably should have went when they first opened to beat the heat instead of walking around outside mid-afternoon. The volunteers at the entrance were really nice and helpful, our favorite was Max who took his time to explain the ins and outs of an F1 after helping our youngest climb into the cockpit. We purchased a few things at the gift shop, do we offer a military discount? Not sure because we weren't asked. There are many interesting things to browse around through here including a whole space section plus an underground bunker simulation, lots of hands on things that kept our kids occupied for a couple hours. My youngest was excited to find an f-15 outside, but bummed there were no f-18s that his daddy used to work on. All in all, it was an enlightening first experience, I love how all these volunteers are here doing something they love, although most seemed to just be there for social hour amongst themselves rather than speaking to the patrons. It was a fun family affair to kill time and learn new things!

Then, a one hour show on the Hogwarts express ending in Hogsmeade with a butter beer station and the same merch from the previous gift shop, and a good rendition of the Hogwarts express for photos. Pros: -The cast did a great job and was very enthusiastic with their performance! -I see the effort, they did a good job with what they had to work with. My kids enjoyed the show and it should be fun for HP fans. -The staff were all so nice and friendly Cons: -They sent a few emails recommending to come 1 hour before showtime so that's what we and the rest of the people did. The waiting area was a black tent with NO AC. It was over 100 degrees outside and people were dressed up in their house robes crowded together. It took 1 minute to get the tickets from Will Call and the rest of the hour was waiting in that sweltering heat. I'm not sure if it was just broken today since the tent at the end had AC, but people were miserable, young kids were complaining, crying etc. Do NOT come 1 hour ahead, 30 minutes should be enough. If you come earlier do yourself a favor and grab the tickets and wait back in your car with some AC and water. -Also, for the price I'm not sure if it's worth it unless you get an aisle seat.

Orangecrest Club Baby Shower Experience: Stressful Planning and Poor Communication…read more I feel it's important to share our experience planning my daughter's baby shower at Orangecrest Club/Silent Host. From January through May, we made repeated efforts to resolve concerns and improve communication, hoping to make the planning process easier for everyone involved, but unfortunately those efforts were unsuccessful. We paid our deposit months in advance, yet after booking, the owner attempted to change previously quoted pricing for both the alcohol package and bartender. Additional fees also appeared later, including a security guard charge that had never been discussed during the booking process. Quoting the owner when we protested on the change of cost: "I'm not doing it for nothing just to break even." The biggest issue was communication. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive our contract until only 12 days before the event. The contract stated final payment was due two weeks before the event, yet we were expected to meet that deadline even though the contract was delivered after it had passed. When I asked questions about newly added fees and contract terms, responses were often delayed for days at a time. The venue itself worked well enough for our event (needs new flooring desperately), but the planning process was unnecessarily stressful. We struggled to obtain basic information needed for decorations and setup, and communication remained inconsistent throughout the process. We were told a security guard was required because alcohol was being served, but no security guard ever appeared. We were later told one had been sent away because we were "fine." The owner also left the event for several hours despite advertising an on-site "silent host" to assist when needed. After the event, despite leaving the facility exceptionally clean and being told our deposit would be refunded within seven days, it took multiple follow-ups and over two weeks to receive our refund. During one of those follow-ups, the owner asked whether we wanted to tip her or her staff. We had already tipped the bartender generously for her excellent service. The owner's inconsistent pricing, poor communication, surprise fees, delayed responses, and lack of professionalism made what should have been a joyful family event far more stressful than necessary. I believe she issued the contract after I started questioning her changes and increased prices, knowing it was so close to the event date we had no choice. She lied, she manipulated, and she should not be running a business. I gave her the opportunity to be accountable and instead she used our community forum to try to blame me for her shortcomings as an owner. Based on our experience, I would not rent this venue again. (This doesn't include all problems encountered, but for the sake of not writing a longer novel I tried to summarize best as I could.)
