It is always someone new who doesn't know your kid. But the biggest annoyance is, and this happened multiple times, I would get a reminder for an appointment that had changed. At least three different times they changed my kids' appointments and didn't tell me until they were reminding me of the appointment. Plus, even though they're in network, they always seem to charge me for something. Not only do they find a way to charge you even though you're going in-network, this time they tried to charge me over $600 because they told me my insurance denied it. When I pushed them further, they realized it was a billing error on their part. They could have stolen $600 from me without me really understanding that. Plus, we live in a day and age where as a family of color it matters to me how people are voting and how people see my family and I just don't want to patronize people who vote against human rights of women and people of color.

Best cleaning I have had, the hygienist was extremely kind and thorough. She was meticulous about getting all the stains and any buildup out. During that time, she developed a severe dental infection, so I began searching for a second opinion and that's when we found this office. Dr. Sun and her team was incredibly patient and compassionate while working with my daughter. Although the treatment process was not easy, they took the time to help my daughter feel comfortable and gradually build confidence during her visits.
