I take it back to them and 3 more things need to be fixed. They kept my car for 3 weeks. The day after I got it back, there were more complications than the original problem. I've taken my car back about 10x now. Each time they say they can't find the issue or can't hear the massive noises it makes. I drove with them and, like magic, the noises appeared. I brought my car to them Friday, They were supposed to call me at 2 or 3pm. No calls and when I try to contact them, they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Today I went to their shop with a male neighbor of mine. The owners brother raised his voice at me in an attempt to intimidate me and was using profanity to deflect from their horrible work. He even stated how his brother commented that I just want to come and complain. I don't know anyone who decides to wadte the time in their lives to sit for hours in a filthy auto shop, just to complain. He also LIED about the parts they were supposed to replace. They should have fixed a head gasket, radiator hoses, and the timing chain. Sammy's brother, Jose, said they replaced my raidiator. WHAT FOR, WHY?!!! Long story longer, my car is still not fixed, I'm out $1,600, I have no money left to fix my car. The engine is about to die. I'm now about to take them to court. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO SAMMY'S...EVER!!!

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

The service was scheduled, noting the work needed along with the 'GET30' code, in the Comments section. We are a long-time customer at the Seffner, FL location (Store# 0810). The proximity of your store, along with the significant savings with the 'GET30' "Ad/Offer", were the specific value adds that led to choosing your business for the repairs needed. The work was completed 3/26/26, but during checkout the Manager (Lorenzo Pizano) was unable to apply this discount or coupon code, stating it was invalid. Due to the cost of the repair ($1547) a 30% discount should have been $464.10 + reduction in taxes applied. The manager was shown where the "Ad/Offer" was made available on the companies Facebook page and that he included the 'GET30' code in the comments when scheduling the appointment. The manager was unable to validate the GET30 code/offer and instead only applied a Manager's discount of only $50. I have the screenshots as proof of the confirmation email & the 'GET30' offer presented to me while on the Express Oil Facebook page. At no time did he try to sell me anything that I didn't need, or pressure me into getting work done that could wait. He could easily have told me I needed an expensive tune-up, and I would have believed him. But he did not. Auto mechanics are a dime a dozen, and we all know one or two of them. Many of them will take blatant and unscrupulous advantage of their customers' lack of knowledge. However, fair, decent and ethical mechanics are not easily found.
