I don't recall paying extra to have fluids topped in the past at other companies, but to be fair I may not have paid close enough attention. I went on "ladies day" for a discount. I passed on the $40 cabin filter. Sadly, I picked up a nail in the sidewalk on my way home.

The service tech and I had a conversation about what was needed. I use a Valvoline full Synthetic oil with the high milage additive for maximum engine service life. They changed the oil and oil filter, the cabin air filter was replaced but the engine air intake was recently replaced and did not need to be changed, topped off all fluids as needed and verified all tires were properly inflated. The tech kept me informed of everything as it was being done. The service was fast, thorough, and professionally completed. The price of the service was comparable to what other organizations were charging. I would recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for friendly professional maintenance for their car.

After 5-10 minutes later, he came back with the good news it was what he was thinking and told me how he was able to stop it. But the bad news was that my lights were on for no reason and the electrical system needed to be checked. I am glad I came here for my car cause they were fantastic. I left and realized they also fixed my driver side window, it used to not roll down, now it does! I have an appointment scheduled coming up for my car, wish me luck! :)

Surely enough, he did JUST AS AN OUTSTANDING JOB taking care of my broken coolent "T" by removing it and replacing it for a nominal fee and less than an hour of labor.
