Over the years, the staff (both store and pharmacy) and managers have consistently provided top notch service that easily rivaled independant, local places. And now, with a Minute Clinic in-store, my basic medical needs can be taken of for a fraction of the cost of a doctor's office visit. Even on evenings and weekends! If only they would lower some of their prices... then I would shop at CVS more often.

I never leave bad reviews and am very understanding when things like that happen but that was some of the worst customer service I've ever received. He then refused to fill my prescription because I wanted to switch to another pharmacist, he then hung up on me. What kind of pharmacist or doctor treats her patients this way after 30 days. Don't risk yourself with this one because the pharmacist is a hothead with issues.

Petticoat Fair opened in 1964. Both are Austin's originals. Northwest Hills Pharmacy opened its original location at Davenport Village when no other store was around, way before St. Thomas. Then they moved to Far West in Northwest Hills. They've been at their current location on the second floor at Davenport Village for the last eight years. They have a great assortment of gifts and home goods. They sell quality dinnerware at reasonable prices. I love their clearance section at 75% off! So far, I've purchased three stoneware plates at $4 each. I can tell they're good quality because they're heavier than my old Sango and Crate and Barrel wedding plates, and they contain no lead. Their plates are artisan pottery that can be used in ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. I also purchased two Michele hand sanitizers at $2.50 each and a ceramic tea strainer for $1.25! They also wrap original priced gifts for free.

Today two counter people were gabbing about this and that, ignoring me and after a while one finally made eye contact with me and asked if i needed to check out. I had been standing at the checkout counter for right around 5 minutes. Other times when i ask about specific products, instead of saying no, they show me a product that has ZERO to do with what i ask. Maybe I'll try 38th street pharmacy next time, it's just as close.
