The bathroom took at least twice as long as he said it would and he had to re-do parts of it because he just couldn't seem to do it right. I mean crooked tiles, shoddy painting, etc.. He complained each day that the job is costing him and that he won't make any money. He'd almost finished the bathroom part and had me pay him for it and left after saying he'd be back the next week to do the hallway and finish up painting in the bathroom, and then a few days later he texted me that maybe I should get someone else to finish because he's tied up with something else and won't be able to get back. I don't really have anything either good or bad to say about Andy OnCall, just don't get stuck with Floyd as your contractor.

State Farm sent out marquee roofing and we had a roofer go with them to confirm the hail damage. Our roofer said they talked and agreed that there was hail damage to the shingles. Marquee lied and said our roofer was there for on 20 minutes and left and they stayed for over and hour. We have video evidence this is a false statement. They claimed the shingles and our patio roof showed no signs of damage, we now have proof this is a lie. Called my wife a liar over the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I would not recommend anyone use this company as they have been proven to lie to customers and insurance which has prevented us from getting our claim.

Great attention to detail, almost daily visits, wonderful landscaping, mowing, edging, sprinkler work. Once Trevor left, my experiences declined sharply. I was passed from one rep to another. The quality of the weekly service declined markedly. The costs incurred for services not rendered were amazing. I had to read the bill carefully, as extra mowing and treatments were not done but charged for. In the spring of 2018, they discovered a major valve leak in the main water supply to the sprinkler system because of putting off my winterization in the fall of 2017. It took 2 crews and 5 guys to repair. I had to argue and fight to not pay for the repair, which was because of their negligence. The work last summer was haphazard and shoddy. Little to no follow up despite calls and emails. I was then charged $539.03 in Nov/Dec 2018 for winter fertilization/sprinkler blowout and a final mow. This spring, despite the abundant moisture, my front yard was snow white as of 03.15.19. I was informed after requesting service, that Embassy "was no longer in the residential lawn care business". My new lawn company assured me that the yard had recieved no winter fertilizer/weed treatments....barely anything that I paid for in Nov/Dec 2018 was actually done. My new company is doing a soil sample to prove this. It doesn't state on this site that they are not in the residential business any longer, but I was so poorly treated from late 2017 through 2018, that I felt that I needed to vent and publically state what a disaster this experience was. If you have a business, DO NOT consider them for your landscape needs. Their guys actually run behind mowers, pay little attention to anything missed, do not edge correctly, may or may not blow off sidewalks and drives. Can't imagine them treating businesses better than individuals. I paid an average of $300/month for services. Should have bought a Snapper mulcher and done things myself. For a company with such a supposed great rep in KC, they certainly treated this homeowner very poorly.

Jesse was amazing dealing with the adjusters and when the installation began he and Nick made sure there was always someone on site to answer any concerns. This wasn't just a basic roofing procedure, my home had the original wood shakes under 2 layers of asphalt. The crew was terrific and kept the tear off manageable and there were no nails or any thing left in the grass. I was so impressed with the power wash to get the dirt off the siding. The company was quick to respond, but I was unable to successfully explain my install need by phone or picture. The Lenexa company felt my location in Blue Springs Missouri was too far away to send someone to look at the job, was probably too inexpensive a job, and recommended I call someone local to my home. Of course the person who called said it was a busy season and it would be months before they could send someone to my location. So much for checking Yelp for a "good" gutter installer.
