No one except Will was willing to come by and offer advice. Will thoroughly showed me where the system needed updating and repairs for the 1.25 acres it was supposed to water. Later that year, Will personally installed updated Rain Bird stations (suggested I buy at Amazon to save money) while his crew completed the necessary repairs. I wanted his company to do the project because of Will. Will is a person of integrity, honesty, and someone who you can trust to stand by his work. Since then, Will's staff has completed additions to other areas for watering, essentially relieving us from manual watering. Last year, I asked Will to add a few large rocks to the front yard. Will instead offered an idea of how to completely reimagine the front yard areas. After a few meetings with Will and Sandy, we came up with a blueprint which included a waterfall, moving 3 existing Japanese maples, creating a long walking path with steps, low intensity lighting. And most importantly, dotting the areas with varying species of pine trees and plants. Sandy was very informative in helping us select plants to complement our new landscape areas while blending themes for areas we wanted to keep from earlier landscaping projects. Will and Sandy also created plateaus, mounds and other uneven areas to create a more natural look. The project was completed as proposed. No cost overruns, no unanticipated additions, no delays. Will's staff diligently transformed our front yard to our shared vision. We have been asked by neighbors and strangers to share who completed the project. Many, many compliments have been given for the project. We of course, can't recommend Will and his entire team highly enough. The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project. My cameras showed him sitting in my driveway for 45 min before knocking on door and then half hour after job completed. The service was not as expected for the price and I had to add my own chemicals to pond after since it turned green. Still haven't received any info on ways to care for pond which is what supposedly took him half an hour to write up a report. Very unethical way to do business. Highly doubt NOT recommend them!
