It's located in the Woodlands Mall on the second story, near the Escape Room and Carousel (through the back of the food court). They always called and text prior to appointments, were kind in the event I needed to reschedule, and always spoke to my kids and I with respect. I felt like family long before I, myself decided to purchase their plan. I'm an underemployed single parent and it should have given me a year of basic dental services. As an adult, I would give this dental office two stars. I purchased the annual office plan for dental service. I had my exam with the dentist and was advised I needed an under the gum cleaning, which is additional to the package I had purchased. I asked if I could still get my teeth cleaned and I was told no. I couldn't do anything without an under the gum cleaning and I didn't have the additional funds because I had spent over $2k on an in office yearly plan. I was completely bummed even after asking several times. On average, that leaves me feeling like this is a three star dental office. I paid $2k for the dentist to tell me I needed a clean under my gums. I know. :( That's why I came for your help.

As soon as I arrived, a staff member (I don't remember his name) handed me paperwork for a tooth extraction. I was surprised because my appointment was for an emergency visit, not an extraction. When I explained that my appointment was for an emergency, he insisted that it was for an extraction and didn't seem interested in listening or discussing the situation. I felt dismissed and that my concerns didn't matter. My impression is that this office cares more about doing business than providing quality patient care. Because of this experience, I would never recommend Serenity Dental to anyone, not even my own family. I would encourage others to choose a dental office with better customer service, better communication, and a higher standard of care. I hope the Magnolia location takes steps to improve its service, starting with better staff training and treating patients with more respect and understanding.

I've had six procedures done and have all been very pleasant experiences. One of those procedures was the removal of my top two wisdom tooth, it was very quick and swift I was done within 45mns. They will show you all of your procedure options and won't try to persuade you to go with the most expensive option at all, but if you ask their opinion they will answer with what they think is best for you situation. They also make sure that you are comfortable first and foremost. My husband and I weren't able to take care of our dentistry needs before with the previous salary etc but now that we are able, we feel quite blessed that it is being taken care of by a group of professionals that truly know what they're doing, that use latest dentistry technology to help make the experience as pleasant and timely as possible without sacrificing quality, and that are sincere about what we needed/needs to be done. We're so pleased that we decided to have our two children ages 9 and 2 become patients as well, next door at My Kids Dentistry with Dr.Chance whom is just as profesional and caring as Dr.Alexander. 1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Lack of Communication…read more Our experience with Rayford Modern Dentistry in Spring, Texas has become incredibly frustrating, not because of the amount of money involved, but because of the complete lack of communication regarding a refund we are owed. We were informed that our refund of approximately $280 was submitted for processing on June 11, 2026. We later spoke with Bill, who told us the refund check had been processed and would be mailed. It is now August 22, 2026 -- more than two months later -- and we still have not received the refund. More frustrating is the lack of communication. We have attempted to resolve this directly with the office, including communicating with Bill and Roxana and following up by phone, yet the matter remains unresolved. No check. No email. No letter. No returned phone call explaining what happened. No meaningful update. At this point, it isn't even about $280. It's about basic customer service and accountability. If there is a legitimate problem processing a refund, communicate that to the patient. Don't tell someone a check has been processed and mailed and then leave them chasing the office for months trying to figure out what happened. We have now had to escalate the matter beyond the local office and contact the practice owner and PDS Health leadership simply to try to get an answer about a relatively straightforward refund. We have given the office numerous opportunities to resolve this privately and professionally. Unfortunately, the continued lack of communication has left us extremely disappointed. I will gladly update this review if Rayford Modern Dentistry resolves the issue and provides an explanation for what happened. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office when it comes to billing/refund issues and communication.
