Not sure how my previous review was removed. But I think people have the right to know what we been through with this business. My father have his home and auto insurance with David Chen for years. My father doesn't really know how to manage so trust David's decisions on his policies. Recently, something came up and I reached out to David and boy my experience with David Chen as our insurance agent has been disappointing. I reached out to David for assistance regarding our policy twice, instead of providing the guidance I expected, he redirected me to the insurance company. I contacted the insurance company many times, and all representatives confirmed that the issues should have been addressed by David which is part of his responsibility as our agent. So after numerus calls to the insurance company, we finally able to find the underwriter and got things straight after 3 weeks. David was always happy and polite when we renew our policies but show impatience when we need guidance? It's concerning that he seems to be managing everything on his own since the departure of his former colleague, which may explain the lack of support we experienced. Given our interactions, we would suggest exploring other options when seeking an insurance agent.
