Upon arrival, staff claimed the certificate was "too old," blamed system changes, questioned me about my daughter who gifted it, and delayed my scheduled service. After the service, the gift certificate was refused, referred to as a "coupon," and discussed loudly in front of other customers. Instead, we were offered only a 20% discount as a substitute, forcing us to pay again for a service that had already been paid for. I was a long-time customer but will not return due to the lack of professionalism and failure to honor their stated policy.
