I was in somewhat of a rush so he took the time to get me in quickly and take a look at my car while I waited. He diagnosed the problem and proposed a very inexpensive solution. This is the point where a lot of shops would have tried to talk you into doing unnecessary expensive work. However, Justin is completely honest. Fortunately, my issue and the fix were both fairly simple. Let's be serious. Finding an honest mechanic is about as common as finding good gas station sushi. They just don't exist. Just as importantly, my dealings with the owners (mostly with Tim, but sometimes his partner Dan) were exceptional - Tim kept me posted of the progress, went out of his way to get new, OEM parts for the car with the insurance company appraiser when he thought that aftermarket parts wouldn't look good enough - and even helped with the return of the car rental, so that I could leave it there, and the rental company picked it up. Collision Center worked with my company and convinced them on what really needed to be done based on the extent of the damage and their experience and expertise in making these repairs. Collision Center are real experts and saved me from having 2nd class repairs on my new car. Unfortunately, my front bumper was damaged again by someone backing into my car and puncturing my bumper right near the sensors. My insurance gave me an estimate to take to their shop. Collision Center gave me an estimate. I shared both estimates with the insurance company and Collision Center. That's when the show started! LOL! After about a week of negotiating, my insurance company agreed with the Collision Center experts on the actual extent of the damage and needed repairs! THESE GUYS ARE SIMPLY EXPERTS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY VERY PROFESSIONAL! While there are a few other repair shops that can probably do just as good a job as Collision Center, I believe there are none that can do what they do so professionally and friendly! Regardless of who you speak with there, you will enjoy the experience - like you doing business with a true friend. They are a genuine pleasure to work with.
