I'll start from when he replaced my wifes explorers windshield after a lawn company decided to mow rocks on Watson.. He contacted me within a coupes hrs to get scheduled. Showed up on time and was very professional. I chatted with him the entire time about his work, he is very knowledgeable. Another thing he had his son with him apprenticing as this was summer time! Don't see that much. He is proud of his work and should be. Fast forward a couple months wife called me as she has water in the floor board and the a/c wasn't working. Pulled the cabin filter and was soaked. After a several month run around with the dealer and warranty they said "Oh you had the windshield replaced, that's the leak". That's leads up to this weekend. I contacted Payton Friday and he said I'll be there this weekend! Worked out a time this morning and she showed up to trouble shoot. If you know anything about maintenance trouble shooting is where you define the line of installers/removers and actual knowledgeable craftsmen. He walked me through the entire windshield system including drains, water shedding, and seals. He inspected the bead where it would leak and even showed and talked me through exactly what he was inspecting. He did a water test for 30 min and no water. That it right? He's done not his problem. No. Payton went above and beyond again and explained what was more than likely the problem with the air dampening door for the A/C system. That it? Haha NO! We turned on the A/C and duplicated the water dripping where the air comes through the filter with another water test! But wait! There's MORE! Have another appointment with dealership in the morning to give results of the winsheild re-inpection. He offered to meet at the dealer ship to show them the issue. Bottom line very professional and worthy of business. I won't go anywhere else if I am ever in the need. Payton if you see this thanks again and keep up the professional business you have made.

They missed a lug nut on my wheels when getting new tires, let me drive around with it, and the owner went straight into defense mode and claimed that it was missing to begin with. He wouldn't refund me for the install cost and was nasty. This place is also unprofessional, they never call you when your vehicle is done despite always asking when I'm there. Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. He just looked at me and kept eating his lunch when I walked in. This place is not reliable and I wouldn't trust them. The owner has no integrity or honesty.

The fact is, they mess up things and won't stand behind their work. Let me say that again:THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Took my car to them because of an intermittent starter problem. Broke the bolts loose from the exhaust to get to the starter. No problem they said. Yeah, there were now more problems. They either didn't put the bolts back the way it should have been, missed a few or whatever.Rattle, rattle, rattle.Potentially dangerous now. Don't work on a car if you don't know how to repair that model. But, why let making money get in the way? duh. I later took it to another shop who said I need a new starter.Problem solved. How simple is that? How simple is robbie not catching that a starter needs replacing?It's not rocket science. Simple problem but robbie wasn't smart enough to figure that out. Typical. Took it back to them. I had the starter issue and electrical issue. They charged me cash money for saying they fixed it but didn't. I take it back and good ole robbie says "no." No what? You took cash money from me to fix it and now you think your cheap glass rings that don't even sparkle on your fingers entitles you to tell customers that when they messed customers' cars up to simply go away? Liberace wouldn't do that. I know10k gold when I see it. Not sure if it was that or simply 10k plated. Probably plated. But to parade that around on one's hand like it's a magic wand? They almost missed the deadline to reply to the BBB which would have defaulted in their rating down. They replied that they didn't contact me, reply or refund my money because they "knew" I had filed a charge back and I would get my money back from that. Really? Are you kidding me? Did they have to hire a rocket scientist to come up with that clever reply? Let's recap: They don't fix problems they create on your car, and don't refund money customers paid to the to fix problems. But, I now see his point and the old man was very right. Expect to get an attitude if you go in. Expect them to think that THEY gave you a great favor by simply working on your car. Guys, keep your receipts. Use a credit card. Drive the car on the highway, look under the hood the day you get it back. Document it. Take pictures before and after. They are a "likeable" company. By that I mean, when you walk in the door, they either "like" you or they don't. If they don't. You need to leave. LEAVE! Take a gander at the gaudy rings. Maybe he doesn't know how to buy diamonds? Maybe he just doesn't know? Maybe he loves spending money on gumball machines? But wearing two such rings is something that only Liberace would do and people actually liked him. To my knowledge, robbie doesn't have a piano in the office. Liberace had more hair than robbie even if it were kept in a drawer. People take notice and will go somewhere else. The tires come from a central warehouse and are ordered usually on the day you come in. It should be the same price at the next place down the road for tires.
