    Big caution here. I took my equipment in for a tune up, sharpening, and repairs. A lawn mower, a…read morepower washer, and a multi tool trimmer. We were told: 1: we would have their evaluation by Wednesday of the same week. 2: they would count the deposit towards the work being done if we had them do the repairs. 3: they would let me know the estimate and get my approval before doing any actual repairs. I call on Wednesday to ask about the evaluation and estimate. I'm told they were having some issues and had not started any evaluation yet. They then told me that they would have it by Thursday or Saturday of the same week. I call on Monday since they NEVER call me. I'm told that they had only done the assessment on the mower, gave me a quote that was $240.00 additional. They then asked is I wanted them to start the repairs. I told them no, not until I had the estimate on the other two pieces of equipment. They then had my equipment for 10+ days since I took it in, so I decided to go back into the shop and check on things. I'm told right from the start by the gentleman behind the counter that they had not gotten to the other two pieces of equipment. I tell them I will just take my equipment with me and they can refund my deposit on the equipment they hadn't reviewed or worked on yet He goes back to the back room to get them, 1 piece at a time. Magically he then tells me both have been evaluated, repaired, tuned and are ready. Remember point 3 no actions on the equipment until I had the estimate. Wrong! No they are charging me for the "work" they said they completed just then, that wasn't done when I walked in. The result: 1: All three pieces of equipment are still filthy, no sharpening on any blades. 2: what was done? Replaced 2 spark plugs, replaced 2 air filters, greased the trimmer, changed the oil in the power washer. They never had the parts to repair the mower. 3: Cost? $300 for a 10 day wait. Parts that cost less than $50. Labor at $125.00 per hour and still filthy equipment that is dull. Lesson: a fool and his money are soon parted. I trusted LSM and was a fool for it. I will NEVER again buy or get services from LSM. Learn from my mistake and save yourself the money, frustration, and in my opinion the fraud that they do at LSM.

    Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Customer Service I had a…read morevery frustrating experience with Classic Turf Equipment that I feel needs to be shared. I visited the Arlington location looking for a specific part. While they didn't have it in stock, they told me the Mansfield location had one left and kindly offered to call and place it on hold for me. They confirmed it was being held by someone named Adrian, and I made it very clear I was driving an hour in traffic to get there and needed it placed on hold without question. They assured me it was taken care of. When I finally arrived at the Mansfield location hot, frustrated, and in a rush to get the part to my mechanic I watched Adrian chatting with a friend for about 20 minutes. Then I watched him sell the very part that was supposed to be on hold for me to that same friend while I stood there waiting. When I finally got to the counter and told him I was there to pick up the part he put on hold, his response was: "Ahhh man, I just sold it." No apology. No effort to help. No concern for the fact that I drove an hour because of his mistake. Not even a simple "Let me fix this" or "Let me find another one or offer you something for the trouble." Nothing. I've never experienced such blatant disregard for a customer. This wasn't a mix-up this was careless, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I will never shop at Classic Turf Equipment again and hope the owner or management sees this. Your employees represent your business and this was a complete failure in customer service.
