He did not give me a quote or pro-rated price, but aggressively told me that the tires were overinflated and that's why they were getting bald. I always get my tires and repairs at Walmart. Mason told me that he could not account for the incompetent workers at the other stores and that the store was not considering pro-rating my tires. I asked for the manager, Dale, multiple times and he was either at lunch, or just not available. I could not get a manager to help me in this situation.

Now I am in a panic (because of the time) I asked him how long he thinks I could drive on the tire or (sarcastically) asked if he could fix it in less then 5 minutes! He responded with a yes he could! I was shocked. He told me to go inside and pay my bill and by the time I got back it would be done----and it was. I was left with a dripping wet truck & a bed full of soapy water. I spoke with the manager who stated they shut the blowers off because of the debris in the bed of the truck. The debris was a hand full of hay ( I know what you're thinking I'm not exaggerating it was a handfull). Apparently they were afraid the hay would be sucked up into the blower. The manager's suggestion was "drive down the freeway until it dries".

Extremely negative experience with Dick Scott…read more Swapped my first leased vehicle out a month early for a new lease. Seemed like a simple deal at the time. Then, days later, got hit with a multi-thousand dollar third party charge for excess damage on old vehicle (which it did not have). Vehicle had never been in any accident, but even with me paying for an excessive wear and tear plan, it still cost me several thousands of dollars (almost a third of the total cost of the lease). No warning, no way to argue with the charge. Dealership just washed their hands of it and laughed at how badly they screwed me over. This is exactly what everyone fears when dealing with an auto lease. Thinking everything is good to go and then getting hit with a massive out of pocket hidden fee for absolutely nothing. It has made me detest my new vehicle and cannot wait to be done with this lease in a few years so I can never work with Ram again.

Talked to the dealership about a jeep grand Cherokee L and they said it had a trailer hitch on it…read more I drove 11/2 hours out to dealership and met sales guy Nelson. We walked out to the car and I told him that the person I spoke with they said it had a trailer hitch. We looked and it did not have the trailer hitch. I said I need a trailer hitch and all he said was I guess you're not buying the car. Nelson could care less about selling me a car and there were other people waiting at the dealership. Very disappointed in the dealership and beware of Nelson, he could care less.
