Then Later in this conversation, added that there was this issue... we asked about the cost again. They didn't find out the cost or wasn't sure. We waited for their phone call to hear on the prices. And 2-3 hours later, my husband called them and they still didn't look for the price for one part that we asked for. Like what have you been doing all this time?! Diagnose fee wasted. They didn't even write and print up a report for us. Definitely a fishy business. I want my money back.

I do have photos of the vehicle door handle intact before they took it and photos of it missing as well. I guess this is how company's make their money.
