Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. Typically in my old place of business that I used I was there 3 to 4 hours waiting for similar services. My time is precious just as theirs is. Brandon was polite. The customers service was important to him. Thank you, Brandon and guys in the shop who took care of this customer. As I was ready to leave and pay my bill, Brandon said "No Charge". What? Wait I need to write you a check no ma'am no charge today I was blown away. Very thorough repairs, service advisors are civil and explain things carefully, and they will drive you home and pick you up if you don't have an alternate ride. And for a two-bay shop, they were able to take me in very quickly, and did not keep the truck longer than one overnight. Nowadays, EVERY visit to a shop means a bill in high three figures, if not low four figures, and I have no way to calculate comparative economics. Certified is now my go-to repair shop. Preferred over AJ's and definitely over Power GMC.

Wow. What a mistake to bring my car here for repair…read more Warning lights came on suddenly in my 2016 Subaru Outback at 144,900 miles; the brake and the "eyesight" warning light. After doing some research I found the Auto Team. They took the car for the day for "diagnostics". They called and informed me that i needed an oil change and a new battery. The quote was for $608.62, which did include a $160.00 charge for the "diagnosis". When asked, John told me that he was about 90% certain that the work would fix the car. I took the car to Capitol Subaru. The problem was in the braking system, and was repaired at the Subaru garage under an extended warrantee replacement. I can only imagine the hundreds of dollars I might have spent at the auto team as they hunted and pecked at different possible repair solutions. I'm not a mechanic, but even I knew that an oil change and a new battery would solve the problems. So I guess I'm reasonably grateful that the Auto Team only took $167.00 of my money, for no apparent reason other that to look the car over. A strong consideration. The Auto Team seems poised to take $160.00 from you to even look at your car and give you an opinion of a solution. And in my experience, their opinion, means squat. Shabby experience. These guys were not friendly, knowledgeable, professional, or helpful IN ANY WAY.
