Took our brand new vehicle (less than a week) to get tinted they left huge water stains on the top moon roof that we also got tinted. We asked for 18% on the front on top of the factory tint and noticed it wasn't even tinted. The receptionist was very friendly but the work was not what we paid for. Please smile and greet your customers nicely!!! I'm so disappointed at the customer service lady in the front desk!!!! I walked in a few minutes after my appointment like 8 mins. And she had the audacity to tell me oh you're late we gave your spot to someone else who walked in!! Who does that? She never even called me on the phone . Why didn't she tell me when I made the appointment if I'm a few minutes late they were going to do that! I've been going to tints for years and never had that issue! And then she goes in the back room because I asked her I would like to speak to the guy so we can go outside and look at my vehicle and they take my keys and take it inside their garage.. they didn't need to do that! They come out and they all have serious faces like no smile or greeting just plain ugly faces. I felt so negative walking in there. I'm never going back there again! The result was I didn't bother getting my tint there. The guy who came out to speak to seemed okay and friendly but the rest of them oh man no smile or nothing just plain mean face. U should feel welcomed when u walk in . Her first response was " u the one with the appointment huh? " We already gave it to someone else " smfh. I'm never going to forget this experience! The good: they got us in within a day of calling to get our car tinted. Provided good advice on which level of tint to get. Left the car as clean or cleaner than we took it in. The bad: we have bubbles on the passenger side tint. Even worse, a bubble in the clear film on the windshield, right in front of the driver, as well as a scratch in front of the passenger. Tried to get it repaired after the recommended 3 days but was told it would be at least 5 days before they could get us back in. We are from out of town so that wasn't going to work. Now we are stuck with the bubbles. I also had to do a wipe down on the windshield to remove residue that was causing a horrible glare. They should probably schedule some repair time for about three to four days after each job to perform a quality review and correction. read more

It's unfortunate I have to write this review and give 2 stars. The people here are so nice but that doesn't make up for bad business practices so here we go. I have $300+ worth of window tint and $800+ of paint protective film put on my new car with less than 1000 miles. I'm very picky about my vehicle and do not mind spending money to take care of it. On the front of my vehicle are 2 rock chips (that I was unaware of) that are now covered with a clear bra because the guys here didn't think to say "hey this guys spending a lot of money maybe we should tell him about the rock chips first." I would have gladly paid them or a paint shop to repair the chips before putting on the clear bra. So when I take it back to the guy he says "yeah I see it all the time." So the tech sees this all the time and just does the work anyways without thinking of the customer. Now when people ask about my clear bra I have to tell them not to take it to this business. Now my car is getting a paint correction and a clear bra installed by a different shop. So now I'm out 2k because The Tint Shop & clear bra couldn't be proactive and help me. I brought them a new c8 Z06 to put on a clear bra. They took over nine hours to complete the job. They left as soon as I received to car. When I got home and looked at the job, it was horrible. The mirrors were peeling, the covering on the front bumper was folded over on itself and the sides of the bumper were peeling. Went in yesterday for a ceramic tint (wayyy better than regular especially living in az heat) the receptionist was very kind & helpful educating me on the different tints I can get & how the process works she answered all my questions & helped me decide on which tint was going to be the best option for me. I do not recommend this tinting location. I had my 2021 Toyota Camry tinted at this location 2 weeks ago. My husband works at the Toyota dealership down the street from this tinting location and has been referring his clients to this tinting location for a while since he used them for his own vehicle as well. We always believed the service was reputable. However, that was not my experience with them tinting my personal vehicle. They not only left their chemical spray bottle used for the tinting service inside my car but burned my back red leather seats. I did not notice the burn or bottle immediately since I do not use my back seat often. I regret not having checked every inch of the car after the service. However, I trusted this location since we have been using them with our own vehicles and referring clients. They said that they would check with their tech and the video footage but conveniently the footage is not available and their tech said that they left the bottle sprayer on the floor in the car when I found it on the seat. Keep in mind that is careless within itself to be leaving company equipment in client's vehicles especially those that have chemicals inside. I did not see the bottle immediately and it was left in the heat which is my theory as to what caused the burn. The company is refusing to take accountability and fix it. Erick who I am assuming is in charge, has not been answering our calls so I went to the location only told be told that my time was wasted. My husband will be sharing this experience with the staff at Toyota and will no longer be referring clients to this location. Please be cautious and if you choose to use this location check your vehicles so you do not experience this. read more
