I really enjoyed their snack corner where they have a keurig so you can make yourself a cup of coffee and they had snacks and even fresh cookies at times too. It was a nice added touch. The doctor is very quick and you mainly deal with the nurses and office staff. For follow up they're pretty straight to the point and make sure you are healing well. From start to finish we had the consult, the surgery, the day after surgery check up, the other eye surgery, the other eye day after check up, and a week after that the last post surgery check up. I really liked the office and my mom has has no issues. There are a lot of negative reviews and I think if they went over the documents in more detail about the hazards of eye surgery they would have less bad reviews... but for us, knowing what this was going to entail? I have been to hundreds of doctors in my sixty years on earth and he, by far, is the one that stands out. You usually wait 2 and a half to three hours for him to run in the room, talk without ever making eye contact ( maybe it's a pink eye fear) and leave without answering a single question, actually speaking over you as you try to ask something and then walking out of the room while you are speaking to him. Like he can't be bothered. He's so disrespectful.

The person taking the appointments insisted I had to see a general eye doctor before I could see the retinal specialist, basically insisting that I waste an office visit. I let her know that I had a referral from my primary care physician and she told me that I would have to have a referral from an optometrist because my primary care physician does not know about eye care. That was enough for me to cancel my appointment. Judging from other reviews, especially other offices, I probably dodged a bullet avoiding this practice.
