They don't take kids. I told them my 7yr old daughter needed new glasses and they turned me away for her eye exam.

Great place to get glasses! They have great prices and great staff to help you. The quality of their selection is very good.

I am a die hard contact lens wearer and needed a pair of glasses as back up. I've have the same RX for years and my old glasses were over 10 years old and broke. The manager of this store, Brooke,, was so helpful in helping me find a new pair. She took the time to sit down with me asking questions about the situations I will be using the glasses-work at a computer, rarely drive at night, etc. Brooke went through all the prices and optional features of new lenses with no sales push towards the most expensive. Glasses arrived on time and were perfect. Friendly staff and good service. read more

I went to get my glasses and they told me 14 days are gonna be ready. Is been 3 week and never get my glasses. After the 14 days a was calling every week and they was telling me the same excuse, that the glasses arrived next week. That never happens. read more

My prescription is wrong. I told the staff that they prescribed me a prescription that is wrong at the time of check out and I was dismissed by the staff. She said the prescription they came up with was based on questions I answered while testing occurred and this is the correct prescription. I told her I am 100% sure it's wrong because one of my eyes to exceptionally weaker than the other and I have 4 previous prescriptions from actual Opthomalagist and all 4 have a different prescription for one eye than the other. Instead of doing the right thing by retesting right then, she told me to accept the glasses and test them out and if there is a problem then bring them back and they will make other lenses. My glasses finally came in so when I went to pick them up, i tried them on and I could not focus in these new glasses with one of my eyes. I had to go over the story yet again about them giving me a prescription that isn't correct. The people that work in the store, the same ones who performed the tests are unable to do anything about it. They are not empowered to do anything about the issue without getting approval from their manager. I have been waiting, knowingly waiting on glasses I can't wear. Now I'm waiting again for more weeks. I now have to go back to the store and get tested again then wait a couple more weeks and go back again to pick up the new glasses. So much of my time is wasted! All of this is terrible service for a normal person. Now understand this, I am handicapped and require help and I am now required to get dressed and travel to their store 4 times because they did not listen to my concerns. I Horrendous customer service. I will not go back or refer people here even if they give me free glasses. I was warned about their reputation but I went anyway because they had a good sale going on. I should have heeded the warning and I am frustrated with myself for giving in and going there. Additionally the doctors name given on the prescription, well he is not ever in the store. Other people do the testing and then use a stamp of the licensed doctors name To sign the prescription. You do not see the doctor. They often use virtual testing! If you get there and it's virtual testing, leave immediately!!! There is no comparison of the quality and professionalism from this company compared to visiting an actual Opthomalagist. If you can afford it, go see an accredited professional for your exams and prescriptions. read more

It was my first time using My Eyelab. They greeted me with warm welcomed. Even though the lady was assisting another customer she acknowledged my presence. In a short time she was finished and came over to me. She ask me why I was there. I told her in needed an eye test and purchase glasses. She walk me through the eye procedure. After the testing I made a selection. She told me why the cost would be and how quickly they would be ready for pickup. read more

This was the only place that had appointments available the week before school started. I usually use America's Best. But I am now an Eyelab customer for life! Great experience! Arlene made me feel very comfortable & guided me through the process. It was really awesome to walk into the eye exam room to see a tv screen with the Doctor on it! Cassidy helped me pick out my new frames & let me know which colors looked right for my contacts. She let me try on an as many as I chose & answered all of my questions. I can make things pretty complicated but they were not bothered at all. Cassidy hooked me up with their rewards program & it even covers glasses for my kids! This place totally beats the competition. I came in 2 weeks later to pick up my glasses. Brooke helped me out & I could have talked with her for hours! Really nice group of ladies running this place. Super unhappy with how my daughter's glasses were handled. I tried to be very patient knowing that with Covid there would be some delays. 8 weeks later and after 3 phone calls asking about our order and being told, "oh they should be here this week...." "oh I'm sorry, looks like there was a delay... they'll be here next week"... to finally being told, "So it looks like they were lost". Never was I called to update me or offer to discount them for me for my wait, nothing! Their customer service agents do a great job making you think that they are going to get things solved for you and they don't. Also, never got a follow up phone call from a supervisor at the customer service center. So after all of this, they said "we are so sorry but we are willing to remake them at no charge." What?!? This isn't a no charge... I've already paid almost $200 for these classes and two months later we still don't have them. They've lost our business. Be really careful when dealing with this company. read more
