This is my first time here and I should've known to just go to where I usually go, which is Unique Brow in the Southside. So first, she was picking her nose when I walked in so I asked her to please sanitize her hands before she started working because she wasn't!. She didn't ask me how I wanted them done, which they usually don't, so she proceeded to do my eyebrows. I didn't go in with thin eyebrows so I didn't expect to come out with thin eyebrows...but my eyebrows were too thin and they didn't match. I will never be coming back to this place I will just stick to what I know. read more

If I could rate this a zero, I would. I walked in today for eyebrow threading and thought ok, this is going to be good because I had been there before with a previous Indian lady. The lady went into town on my brows. She didn't ask me anything and took off a lot... and I mean a lot of hair. When she was done and handed me the mirror I was so shocked and pist at the same time. She stated, it will grow back in 2 weeks, I said, what If it doesn't?!?! She stated I didn't have to pay, and I was like make them the way it was.... fuller. Worst experience of my life. I would rate 0 stars if I could. I told the lady I like to keep my eyebrows thick and just wanted them cleaned up. She plucked more than she threaded and I am left with the thinnest eyebrows. I am mortified. Additionally, the lady was extremely rude and quite frankly gross. She blew her nose while working with the previous customer and never bothered washing her hands. DO NOT GO HERE read more

This is a really nice place and the lady was friendly! However, this was my first time here. If it is your first time as well, I highly suggest you are very straightforward and direct with what you want and how you like your brows. I should have known to speak how I like my brows but I was not asked how I like them either! So if you visit, make sure to tell them how you like them!!! Luckily my eyebrows grow out fast.
