Harold came through and had a difficult time getting the cap off because DEP put the water line directly over it. After much effort he was finally able to get the snake into the line but it drew out roots. To get the line flowing he had to use a Hi Pressure water jet to clean the line. When you have a Brown Water backup in your basement, Call Universal. Harold made sure it was flowing properly before he wrapped it up.
