Not only did they flood my kitchen, but they also scratched my floors and left visible damage on my kitchen cabinets. The plumber was able to come out on the same day that I called. They were able to come out after hours, when the tenant was home. They troubleshooted the clogged, slow pipe, and used a camera to see what was happening in the pipe, and was able to take care of the problem. I would recommend them. read more

I called at 7:30om with an unflushable toilet and they kept saying the tech had one more call ahead of us and would let us know when they were coming. Called 3 more times and finally at 2:30 am they said we should try to schedule for the next day. It's now 8am and my tenant is sleeping on my couch because she has no restroom facilities. This company are total con artists fooled me into trusting them bought a one year contract on maintenance with them. The emailed receipt said six months when I called to have them honor the contract because the same problem arises miraculously that area wasn't covered under the warranty even though, when it was sold to me, it was explaining that the whole system was covered Detect issue and couldn't get the cap off my sewer line so he punched a hole in it and had to come back and replace it because of the smell of sewage throughout my house. If I didn't look, he would've left it the manager had to come back because the technician was trying to go behind the companies back and give us his phone number on the side. Very very shady company, they wouldn't leave until I left the previous yelp review. He kept pushing me to do it. I would guarantee that majority of these reviews for this company are employees making accounts on yelp and furthermore, after having another clog in my sewer line and paying them to Hydro jet it it happened again. Had to have the water company technicians come out and they told me that the pipe looks like it was never cleared so what I paid for them to do they essentially didn't even do yes, they unclogged it but they did not do a complete job read more

Hiring this service is probably one of the worst decision I have ever made in my life. My main drain was clogged (I thought based on my limited knowledge). He came in early morning with a moody face. Well. It was Monday morning so maybe it made sense. He asked me questions like if I had tried to use the snake and I said yes and I got it from local homedepot. It worked totally fine for over one year and I am pretty sure I used it property. He then snaked the pipe toward outside of the house and somehow it got stuck. He was extremely moody and said I ruined and fucked his day and my pipe was cracked and I should have told him it was cracked. Question is how I would know my pipe was cracked and the fact that the next big plumbing company I hired said this guy actually could have damaged my pipe. Anyway, after 15 mins he left his snake head in my pipe and forced to charge me $350 (for the snake head) and he left. This guys was not happy about the size of my laundry room is (where the main drain and trap located) so make sure you have a mansion before hiring this guy. His quote was tremendous lower than other plumbing companies but you don't want to take this risk and absorb this guy's negative energy. read more

Skeptically, we called several "24/7" plumbing companies after 11pm to get help with a broken shower diverter. Waiting til the morning wasn't really an option. Only two responded at all. So much for 24/7. 24 HOURS PLUMBING responded quickly, asked for any pictures of the problem and said they could send a plumber. Yes, it was expensive - but it was after midnight when he arrived. Yes, they took my credit card number upfront, but didn't bill me until the work was finished. Yes, the problem was fixed and we could shower in the morning and get on with our day as if nothing had happened. The plumber was a nice guy, polite and able to fix the problem with the parts he had on hand. We would recommend them at any hour of the day but if you need someone at an ungodly hour, these guys are reliable. read more

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission. We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered. When we disputed the charge, two things happened: 1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, "call back another day" (what they say every time I call) 2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered. Then we fix the problem on our own, I call this company less than 30 seconds later to cancel the service call and they say they're charging our card. 24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time .
