I went there 2 days in a row and got ZERO SATISFACTION on either visit. I had my purse stolen, which included my wallet, of course. I had a photocopy of my drivers license and I had a just expired passport along with me, but that wasn't good enough for them! That was yesterday. It was 4:50 on a Sunday they're open until five as far as I'm concerned they're still open for business and knowing that I was in there just yesterday and couldn't help me. They should have at least tried to do something to get my phone working again today, but did they? NO! And then they actually wanted to make an appointment with me for tomorrow.
