The location of his office is very convenient as there is parking available. His practice is located on the first floor as you enter the building which is very thoughtful as I do not have very good knees. As you can see from the pictures, the practice office is maintained extremely clean which is what I would want when I enter a clinic. I am greeted at the front desk by his courteous and professional staff. I am courteously welcomed by Dr. Wang. He makes me feel very comfortable with the examination process. I am extremely happy that I have found an excellent doctor who is not only very knowledgeable in his practice, but is also very caring and makes me feel very safe. Dr. Wang is also extremely compassionate and has a great communication style. He not only asked me important health questions, but he also explained in a language that I could understand. Moreover, he also listened and took my decisions into consideration in order to make recommendations for my knee treatment. Also, he took his time to thoroughly discuss with me the options for my knee treatment. For all the above reasons, I would highly recommend Dr. Hongyin Wang to all my family and friends. And I also look forward to seeing Dr. Wang again for my knee treatment follow-up. Thank you Dr. Wang for taking special care of me, I really appreciate your hard work and dedication!

This place is a disgrace. The ER is understaffed and not able to handle the cases that come in…read more The ICU staffs average age is most likely under 30. These are where the sickest patients are being treated but yet you have the least experienced staff treating them. A doctor who just finished their residency working the night shift... so very disappointing that an organization like NYU can't find more highly trained staff ... also very disappointing that an organization with this amount of money has tape holding up the windows in the ICU. Totally unbelievable. Threw all their money into sears on Franklin Ave and forgot they have an almost 600 bed hospital up the block that is in need of resources. Do better for the community. Very sad and very disappointed that this what this hospital has become.

At the 1st appointment he reads the forms they make you fill out and ask you about each thing you've written. He will spend time with you and listen to every concern you have and sincerely care! He involves you in your health plan. It's hard to get a first appointment with him but once you do you'll be happy to have such a great person on your health care team.

Why would you want to use an emergency room for non- emergent care? Going to the ER means longer wait times and unless necessary impacts those with more acute needs!

I had a tele-visit first and received some advice. I had recently had a blood test and so i faced them the results. I was waiting for a follow up call, email, but i must have misunderstood. Finally when offices started opening again i called and made an in-person visit. The waiting room was shared with another office, had it some chairs blocked off but people were standing around waiting. No one was checking or monitoring and there was no hand sanitizer available. I was asked to fill out paperwork but i did not see any sanitizing of the clipboards and pens in between people. I'm glad i brought my own hand sanitizer. The people are all very nice who work at Dr Nanda's Northeast Primary Care. The young man who checked me in, the young ladies who took my blood. Dr Nanda herself has great bedside manner and did a thorough exam. I didn't have to pay anything on my way out, we'll see how the billing goes because i read one review here that has me worried about that.

The doctors are unexperienced and clearly are the last of their classes. These locations need to be properly monitored more by northwell bc there is a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Screaming someone saying " I'm not a doctor" is ridiculous, bc you are front desk, just quit the job. Any paper work that comes in for Press Ganey will be filled up and sent.

terrible experience. completely missed an ear infection . how can you say that ears are clear…read morewhen the canal is filled with wax and you can't even see through it. if that's the case you recommend a follow up with an ent . unreal. only test they recommended was strep even though she was mucousy no fever and complaining of enlarged tonsils and ear pain. No prescription , nothing. The next day when o told them to please consider a follow up because my daughter had ear Pain that got worse - nope- would not until they charged me Another $50 copay for the visit. on top of that there was no follow up to check in even by call, no call about lab results when rapid was negative for strep - pediatrician called 2 days later and still couldn't get results from you. Got emailed about results on the portal and was blank whe I logged in. It was late on a Saturday and Sunday otherwise would never have even requested a follow up from them . Just so sad . Never again.
