Fuel was $3.11 per gallon here, and just four miles down the road it jumps to $3.49 per gallon. That alone makes this place worth pulling into. At this interchange, Buc-ee's paid for roundabouts on both sides, which is highly efficient. It's a brilliant idea and enables smooth traffic flow everywhere. This Buc-ee's has been here for about three years according to Brisket Bill, and it already feels like a staple stop. I stood there watching them chop fresh brisket and almost went with the Big Buckin' Brisket Sandwich XXL... but it was just two buckin' much for me. This is a nine dollar sandwich and worth every penny! It is outstanding! I did hear employees mumbling something about brisket on something. Maybe they were just bored and wanted to chop brisket. Maybe that's what they were saying. Since they already have a brisket Bill here in Springfield, Missouri, maybe I can be Brisket Bill in Huber Heights, Ohio! what's a 90 minute commute anyways? I went into the store and bought some cigarettes and after paying for them I asked the employee if I could use the restroom. After being told NO with a very short and quick response, I simply grabbed my bag and left. Despite what one might assume, everyone who is tattooed is not a THIEF! Bottom line, if that is how your going to treat your customers, there are too many options in this town as far as Smoke Shops are concerned. I will be doing business elsewhere. Very disheartening!!!

Those are two really important qualities for stores of this variety, so it's important to give credit where it's due. That being said, this location has a tendency to humor the loitering impulses of neighborhood miscreants, and is frequently occupied by meth addicts who are clearly there for some purpose other than to shop. Admittedly, it's hard to know how much of this is within the staff's control (maybe Walgreens has some corporate policy about never asking anyone to leave?). Regardless, it makes the store feel less safe than it otherwise could be - which is why I only go here alone, and make it a point to never bring my child. But I DO go here all the same, and despite being confronted with an aspect of society I'd prefer to avoid, I can't say I've ever had a memorably bad experience. That's at least worth three stars, even if I do want to get and out in a hurry when I go.

It's the same thing at all Walgreens- you have to read the fine print. I still go in looking for an advertised product though much of the time it will be a smaller version of what is advertised. Read the fine print and make sure you are getting the deal you expected.
