After the crazy rain storms and flooding in my basement I was convinced I needed new gutters installed . I called them based of good reviews and good thing I did. Due to a severe windstorm in Jan. 2019 one of my gable vents blew off my attic on a Monday night. This caused my home to become a wind tunnel and with temps in the teens and winds gusting over 40 mph, I was urgently trying to find someone to repair it ASAP. I called about 6 different companies, but because it was a relatively small job it was hard to find anyone that was really interested or available. However, Jeff was the first to call me back and he came by to take a look the very next morning at 8AM. On time, extremely professional and on that Friday all 4 of my gable vents were replaced with exactly the types of vents I asked for. I was having some leaky trouble spot at various locations on my roof and garage. I called Jeff, who came to take a look and gave me some honest & sobering truths about my roof situation. However, Jeff was confident he could make some repairs that would stave off any type of roof replacement for a few years. He came on a Saturday, spend about 4-5 hours taking care of my trouble spots, actually find some others, and repaired them as well under our agreement. A week or so later, after a heavy rain, one of the spots was still leaking, I sent Jeff a text who came over THAT DAY and fixed the issue. It rained about a week later, no leaks. I had a leak in my roof above the garage area. Before I approached Jeff, there was someone else who was trying to fix it but didn't do a good job and then didn't want to come back. Jeff finally fixed it for me. It was a complex job because the leak was around the gutters and some of the siding had to be removed in order to fix it. He did a great job.
