We hired Four Seasons to repair our roof and install gutters and leaders. It was tricky because we have an awning that attaches to the roof. We were pleased with their initial work, but we saw a leak between the roof edge and the gutter. They came back twice to be sure the roof didn't leak. They were easy to deal with and wanted to be sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased with their work and customer service. read more

Just had my flat roof repaired and put a new deck on top of it (TREX Tiki Torch). Four Seasons knocked it out of the park repairing my roof to make sure it will never leak again and the deck looks beautiful, beyond my expectations. Recent windstorms ripped some shingles off my 20+ year-old roof, so I called for an estimate. Bill (the owner) came out the following week, assessed the situation, and provided a quote to replace the front half of my roof. Since part of my roof was exposed, he checked the weather and kindly rearranged some non-urgent clients to fit me in the next day--something I really appreciated. Rebecca provided the schedule, and the crew arrived promptly at 7 AM. By 7:30, the dumpster was delivered, and by 8 AM, the roofing materials had arrived. They worked efficiently--removing the old shingles, installing the new roof, and completing cleanup by 1:30 PM. Rebecca assured me they would go over the driveway with a magnet to catch stray nails, and it seemed to do the trick. That night, it rained, and I had zero worries. Excellent job all around! The worst imaginable. After agreed price, wanted more for the chimney. $1400. And held up the job to get it! Roofer himself Never there. Guys he had tried to put circular gutters into squarish pipes. Not a word of English. Outsourced the job to hangers in by Home Depot, it looked like. Didn t finish the job. Insisted fascia wasn't his responsibility. Roof leaked after 5 years, referred me to his insurance co- and they sent a patch up guy, prob Home Depot too. Nightmare! Traumatized me. Did not have a chance for four seasons to do work. A few pieces of siding came off and i called for an estimate, (I had new extra siding lefy over in the garage) $1200!!! Extremely professional. The man Oscar that came to my house was so impressive that I made a decision that day to choose them. I had 4 estimates come and look. It wasn't merely their price that sold me, it was their whole presentation. Oscar called and said he is nearby and can arrive early for estimate and I said sure, I'll meet you at my address. When I pulled into my driveway, the ladder was already against my house and he was doing his estimate. Extremely polite and told me that if I didn't have any questions, I can lock up and he can finish his estimate. When I got home, a beautiful folder from the company was awaiting in my mailbox with every detail that I had asked for and the quotes and total. The men around within a week and the roof was completed in one day. And it looks amazing. New gutters too. The men were so clean with clean up as well. Friendly group of men. I'm hiring them to also take out a hot tube in my deck and fill it to suit my existing deck. They also work with a company that does interior finish work for which I will call them for when that part of the house is needed. I called from work yesterday ... I had a problem with pieces covering the peak ridge blew off ... and needed a small (but very important repair). Oscar called me at work at 8:45 am today that he was there and already made the repair. He was professional and courteous on the phone, and did not charge for the fix ... and said he used good cement and it should be good ... and gave me a recommendation if other areas on the peak come loose (was installed by another now defunct company when house was damaged by falling tree in '10). Anyway, service this prompt and professional should be acknowledge. I will definitely keep in mind for recommendations and/or future needs. I'm just sorry I forgot the name of the woman that took the call, as she was very professional as well. You can tell they care about their customers. read more

After a heavy rain, and a leak in my roof, I began my search for a roofer. After learning about the company and reading the many reviews, I contacted Four Seasons. I spoke with their office staff who were very courteous and professional. Oscar, a senior technician, came out to assess the problem and recognized the problem immediately. As agreed, within a week or so, two very knowledgeable and courteous workers replaced the skylight, and repaired the portion of the flat roof around the skylight. They also squeezed us in to accommodate us. Knowledgeable multigeneration family owned business; courteous; professional; reliable and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly ! read more

I had a great experience having my roof replaced with Four Seasons. The rep was available and answered all my questions patiently. I opted for the lifetime warranty and the follow up inspection that was required went thru without a problem. I would definitely recommend. My only reservation was the gutter company they used but I understand they no longer the same company. I hired them to install a new roof, soffits and gutters. I complained about damages to the property and bad installation. They came back many times in the attempt to rectify the problems they created, just to cause more issues. Now they don't answer to any communications and plenty of problems are left behind. read more

The roof looks great and it was completed within a day. Four seasons came in $4,000 lower than an another estimate which is one of the reasons I went with them. However, I have spoken with two other roofers since my work was completed and they would have charged almost half of what four seasons charged. Granted, I don't know how long they would have taken or the quality of work. What makes feel taken is that I called four seasons to have a roof vent installed and they quoted me $775. A roofer who lives up my block did it for $135. When I questioned four seasons about the price difference they told me they don't make money on small jobs. With that much of a price difference i now realize I should have gotten more than two estimates for the roof. read more

Over the past two years, when our Suffolk county home needed roof work, we dealt with two separate contractors - D & S roofing (to provide a new roof) and Four Seasons (to provide subsequent repairs on the new roof). Based on our experiences with these contractors, I would strongly recommend Four Seasons, as opposed to D & S. Four Seasons provided a fair estimate, and performed the repairs professionally and in accordance with the estimate. The quality of their work was outstanding and has been without issues. read more

So I used Four seasons some 15 years ago to install my roof. They were very professional then. Install the roof in one day and thorough on clean up. Quality ????. On July 9th of this year called saying I had a leak and told them I had my roof installed by them. They said they would look up paperwork and call back. on the 12th called again they still needed to find paper work and would get a call by the end of the day even though I offered to send it to them. On the 13th I called again and was told because of the weather (a lot of rain) they were all backed up and basically said don't call us we will call you. No call so on August 16th I called them and was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day to set something up by weeks end. I AN STILL WAITING. I can't comment on quality of work but I paid for a 30 year roof and do not know if the roof failed because of quality or other circumstances. I can comment of Service and communication. Both which is why I only gave 1 star. read more

I had my roof done by Four Seasons about 4 weeks ago. Since then there have been at least two storms with above average rainfall and I can report no leaks. This is significant as I have five skylights. I'm also able to go into my attic which I did on the first storm and all was well. Their price was in line with other estimates I had gotten and I was also happy that they used GAF product. After doing some independent research GAF was the product I wanted on my roof. I was home to watch the entire process and the crew appeared to be very experienced. The only negative I have to report is that I've found about a dozen nails on the property plus small pieces of roofing material. No big deal, but a few nails were in the street. This might have been due to the fact that the dumpster wasn't picked up until after the crew had left and I'm assuming those nails may have come from under there. Bottom line is that I can recommended them to others. Since last writing this review we have had some tremendous rain storms here on Long Island and I did have a slight leak on one of my skylights. I called and the owner showed up to remedy the situation. I can't say enough positive about them. 5 stars is a no brainer. read more

A ROOF THAT LEAKS NO MORE!! I was giving this some time before I left any review. but as us Long Islanders all know. this years has been pretty rough between the wind and rain we've endured. As for me, my roof leaking terribly, down the walls, every room had water coming from somewhere.. Sandy had damaged the roof years ago and wasn't repaired properly. so I called around.. all I can say is.. I had a good vibe with Four Seasons Roofing. They ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! for a quote.. for one. Oscar had informed me I had the wrong style roof installed on the back of the house due to low slope. He had his suggestions. and I had my questions. everything was answered thoroughly and the quote was within reason all things considered. We had this done January 2019. Donna helped with the paper work and scheduling.. understanding that scheduling for roof replacement in January is Im sure very tough. Days could have snow, rain.. below freezing temps. a few times rescheduling was needed. I get it.. now on to the work being done. They came in ON TIME! and got right to work. lots of soggy boards up there that needed replacement. everything at the end of the day looked professional and very neat! Quality materials used throughout. Dumpster was gone the same day and while I found a couple nails on the ground.. Also had the gutters replaced. Four Seasons sublets to an outside company.. some confusion was present but the job was in and out. done in under an hour the same night as the roof and they did a great job. For what it was, I cant say im displeased. I am very happy with the service and quality, promptness and professionalism of both the roof and the gutters in its entirety! ***now on to 5 months later.. snow, rain, wind and 21 rather tall trees pounding on my roof and so far everything looks and performs the day everything was done. This company wants to dictate what work and which materials that THEY want to use on your job; they consider your input/desires to be annoying and moot. Sorry but if I am paying you thousands of dollars to do my job, you had better believe that I am going to give you specific requests. Their God complex is unbecoming and rude; there are many other companies out there who will do a better job all around. They also will jack up your price if you fail to book the work within 30 days of proposal, an unnecessary slap in the face to a prospective client. They are additionally paranoid and unwilling to work with your insurance company and having to deal with the associated nuances-whoopsie, isn't that part of the business that you are in, one where people's homes sustain damage from various sources that they are covered for? Money hungry, attitudinal and childish personnel from the owners-who keep reminding you that they are the owners-to the sales estimators. You, your money, and your home deserve much better than this. If you choose to follow the cattle here, then buyer beware. But I know that you can do much better elsewhere, as I have done. Seriously. read more
