Heather was so beyond flexible and accommodating with us as our date changed and changed again, and hung on with us until 2022 when we finally were able to have our special day on April 9th. Just to reiterate, we booked her in SUMMER OF 2019. That is true dedication. I know many other "COVID brides" who struggled with coordinating date changes with vendors, so I am so thankful that Heather always made it work for us and kept a positive attitude about everything. As far as her actual work, Heather made us feel so comfortable both during our engagement shoot and the wedding (we are shy, nerdy people who are not comfortable in front of a camera). She is friendly, very easy to talk to, and guided us perfectly as we awkwardly walked while holding hands, stared into each others' eyes and attempted to hug like human beings. She kept family photos moving along, got all the shots we needed, and had a great vision for the whole day. The photos so exceeded my expectations, and I was over the moon when I saw the final album. Nobody answered the phone or responded to email. I finally got an apology email the next day saying they forgot about the appointment and an offer to reschedule in a few weeks. No thanks. Please refund my money and pay me for my time, hair, nails, lashes, etc.
