I came here to take my passport photo. They charged me $30 which is pretty steep for passport pic. The lady explained it was bcus they used the right lighting and provided tasteful edits. She also guaranteed that if the picture ever got rejected, I would be able to come back and retake the photo. Well, it got rejected and I'm more mad about my time and effort and shipping costs. But I emailed, called and left a voicemail and I have yet to get a response from them. So far, I cannot vouch for this place. The price is steep and they are not reliable. Still waiting for a response. Update: I ended up going to CVS. Half the price and they have the right tools for the approved passport requirements. read more

I'm so happy with this photography studio and look forward to capturing more moments with this talented group of photographers. My daughter's school booked, Radiance for school pictures, as they were right next door to the school. The vibe on school picture day was very cool. I liked Nishelle from the minute I met her. Got her school photos, and they were really good, so I thought I would contact Nishelle again for headshots for my daughter to update her portfolio and agency roster. I was stunned by the quality! Peyman and Nishelle provided a warm and welcoming environment for my daughter (5yo), and really hyped her up, so that she felt great about what she was doing and the photos really came out naturally and gorgeous. We had a couple of different looks and Nishelle was really great about matching and trying different color backdrops. The lighting was perfect, the equipment was modern, and the space was clean and inviting. I got our selections within hours of our session, and my little girl and the whole family was over the moon with how they turned out. My husband, who is also a photographer, by trade, (and a little jelly that I went to an outside studio for this batch of headshots for our daughter) commented on the technical quality of the images and was very complimentary. My daughter went through every select and asked me to print them out -- she wants to hold her photos. Very cute. Honestly, the only problem that I have is that I have too many good photos to choose from, and I don't know which ones I'm going to send to her agency and add to her portfolio. So many favorites! Amazing seamless experience. I recommend these professionals! Nishelle is awesome! She is professional and talented, personable and has a sharp artistic eye. I think she's a model herself! I needed headshots and was looking for something local and one day I was walking down Westwood blvd and noticed the Radiance Studio. I called and talked to Nishelle who told me about a headshots promotion and accommodated my busy schedule. I came in within a few days and had a very efficient headshots session.......on a weekend even! She played with lighting and background to make my features stand out and took into account the purpose of my photos. I felt very comfortable smiling through the experience and she was able to guide me to get the best angles. Having someone photograph you can feel weird (non-actor here) yet you will see she is very friendly and real and made me feel like I was hanging out with a girlfriend. I got the digital prints right away and there was a re-touch included in the package. I LOVE my pics and the price is right. Better is the customer service and convenience. Highly recommend!
