Delicious pizza and sandwiches! My favorite by far is the grandma square pizza. Simple and fresh tasting. The crust is light and crispy. Plenty of parking spots around! Having a great pizza place next door is spoiling me. Also, the staff are super friendly. Now... sure, they make regular, but wouldn't you like to try a slice of Buffalo Ranch? Or Sicilian with pesto and marinara? I also have ordered their rolls and a spicy beef patty. That was a little too doughy for me, but that's my only complaint. One of our go to places in neighborhood to grab pizza. The prices are reasonable too. The margherita and veggie pizza are amazing and so fresh! The service is fast and they are the nicest people. I did not expect a monster calzone when I ordered. Omg enough for three meals and apparently they make their mozzarella in house. However...$12 for 6 mozz sticks? Hilary at the counter was an absolute doll. She was very polite, sweet attentive, and friendly. My Husband and I went there for the first time this evening and ordered fried calamari eggplant Parmesan chicken, Parmesan with spaghetti and salad on the side and it was very delicious. Everything was cooked very well . We sat outside because the weather was nice. It was a very lovely atmosphere with light music playing as well. Another employee, a gentleman came out and served us our food out and set up a table next to us so we would have more room. He was also very kind and polite. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Besides the tasty pizza, the garlic knots were very good. Nice part was the sauce, robust and a bit on the sweeter side. No indoor seating, but they have plenty of outdoor tables. My wife had the Drunken Pizza which is with a vodka sauce and chicken cutlet. Both were delicious! My other favorites are the Sunday Dinner, which is Pasta with 2 meatballs and 2 Sausages in a delicious gravy!! My fiance and I ordered delivery, which took about 30-40 minutes (usually time). Our pizza arrived cold but was still delicious. Pizza slices are huge! Calamari was tasty and still hot, so that was great. They served it on a bed of lettuce with a lemon and homemade marinara sauce. Very good restaurant! Best Grandma Slice so far in North Bergen! Ordered other pizza varieties off the menu and they were okay. Definitely need to try the pasta here next time. Service was great! Staff was really caring and attentive. They also made sure the pizza came out quick. Also stepped outside to check on us and see if we needed anything else. Also asked for feedback which is rare for any restaurant. It's a great sign when places are always looking to improve and build relationships with their customers (even first timers like us!). Ambience was fantastic for a quick and nice outdoor meal. We came around the evening and there's plenty of bistro style tables and seats with beautiful lights surrounding the restaurant. Gives a really romantic feeling right in the middle of a busy shopping road. Just like New York City (it's like I never left). Only thing we didn't like were the drinks. Took a little while than promised for the order to be made but that's no problem- if it means quality, I'll gladly wait a bit longer. Personal Margarita pizza- perfect size. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Didn't feel overly greasy as other pizza usually does. Thin crust- major win. Mix of flavors was blended just right.
