Naira did my hard gel mani and it wasn't a pleasant experience. My nails look thin like no hard gel was applied , I'm able to bend them...I always get hard gel and they never bend like this . She cut me very deep on my thumb, washing my hands BURNS. The nail polish is lousy around the cuticles , and you can tell she didn't apply top coat evenly . Definitely don't recommend. *UPDATE* I received a call from the salon asking " why I didn't say I was unhappy because it hurts their business" it felt as I was being scolded since whoever called had an attitude. If the conversation would of started with an apology the conversation could have shifted to a positive outcome but she seemed to be so concerned on how this post hurts their business. What about my hurt finger ?? Customer service experience is definitely needed .

I've been to this nail salon twice and I absolutely love it here! I will be coming here for my nails all the time now ! Seda did my nails the first time and she did the cutest design for my Italy trip ! I got so many compliments and my nails lasted SO LONG! I also did a pedicure which is still perfect to this day (I can't remember who did my feet but she was super nice and did just a great job! I went yesterday and Daria did my nails this time. I did a simple blue and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! She shaped them so perfectly and she was super gentle and did such a perfect job! Love love love Rashen nail! I've already told a lot of my coworkers and friends to go here it's the best

I highly recommend coming to Rashen Nails. Seda does my nails and she is very quick and cleans the cuticle so good and I love the way she shapes my nails too. It's just so cozy && relaxing and they are playing somet on the tv so it's very entertaining while I am getting my nails done. Qatrin did my pedicure and she took her time with my toes which I appreciate. They did an amazing job. Love love love.

***Posting for a friend who went Wednesday*** "Giving it 2 stars because the staff and owner were very lovely and had a welcoming demeanor. However, the service itself and work was below average.Unfortunately, I got my first Russian manicure and I'm afraid to do it again because the outcome was horrendous. Now, I did have an existing cut on my right pointer but my middle and ring finger were cut deeply blood kept coming out. I left with dry blood on my cuticle. For being there 2.5 hours I didn't expect to leave with such a bad result. I had my previous nail polish still visible on the sides, crooked nail, bloody cuticle, and uneven application. Not a pleasant experience. 2 stars for parking and staff."

I'm so bad, I didn't get the girl's name but she sits by the back entrance. She was sooo detailed and kept checking in with me to see if I liked the job so far. I only get structured manicures now and this was the best set yet! She definitely listened to me, even after changing my mind on the color like a million times. It was a clean and quiet studio, giving spa vibes. Thank you!!

This was my last visit to Rashen Nails. I usually go to Seda and while she does good work, the overall experience just isn't worth it. The staff talk, not to you, but to each other, laughing loudly the entire time--it's not a relaxing experience at all. Seda wasn't available last week when I went, so I decided to book with two other techs. Alla did my manicure and Daria did my pedicure. Same issue with the nonstop chatter/laughing and I wasn't happy with the results of my manicure. My "hard gel" nails chipped in less than a week. $182 later. They offered to fix one nail, but it didn't match the rest. I would've been better off going elsewhere for a completely new set. I've given this place quite a few chances, but I won't be returning.

I had such a great experience at Rashen Nails! Alla did my pedicure and Seda did my manicure -- both were so detailed, gentle, and gave me the cleanest, most flawless look. Their color selection is so modern and on-trend. Highly recommend!

Best manicure and pedicure I've ever had, truly the best experience I've had at any nail salon. Katherine did my manicure and Shogit did my pedicure, and both were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly detailed with my cuticles, and the polish application was the smoothest, cleanest paint job I've ever seen. Everything looked flawless and felt so luxurious. I'm in love with my nails and can't stop looking at them. Highly recommend them if you want perfection and real attention to detail! Was expensive but they look perfect. Kate did my smart gel pedicure - with French tip It's almost a full dry pedicure but towards the end they do put a lovely smelling scented scrub and then soak your feet for a little bit and then start the polish It was my first time doing a pedicure this way and I personally prefer it to a traditional pedicure because you can actually feel have soft your feet will be with no calluses or cracks ! My feet were busted!!! I had a broken nail (Kate fixed it with some gel/acrylic thing idk but it looked good and natural) After 4 months of not getting a pedicure and I have naturally crooked toe nails she made them look straight- I wish I had a before photo but it would need to be censored because they looked jacked up lol !!! I was in the area and remembered I came across their instagram and decided to go by to see if I can walk in today. I'm so happy I did. I've been looking for a new nail techs in the valley area and listen here ; these ladies did not waste time. I got my nails and feet done exactly like how I wanted them to look. I was blown away. My friend and I went, we got lost and they waited 30 minutes after hours without any guilt. Sweet as pie. Smiles. Impeccable work! Amazing prices; I paid the same for a regular manicure and got a Russian dry manicure for the same. Italy new place. It was just okay. I was there for 2 hours getting a russian mani and pedi. I've been to many places and I've never been in pain. It's very uncomfortable when they use that russian tip to drill off the cuticle because they get so close to the skin it feels like they're cutting you. It also burned me a lot while I put my nails in the UV light. Their machine is so hot. The lady that was doing my pedicure told me I had an infection on the side of my big toe and she kept on pressing it asking me if it hurt & I told her about 10 times that yes, it does hurt she kept pressing it and pressing it. read more

I ALWAYS get French Tip because she does that design so well. There's literally no design that she cannot do. If you show her a pic of how you want your nails she will exceed your expectations! Worst experience ever. Seda was rude, unprofessional, and the salon had an overall negative vibe. I showed up on time for my appointment, and Seda asked me to sit down but didn't give me any kind of update about how long it would be. When I approached her to ask, she said it would be another 15 minutes. However, more than half an hour passed, and she was still not done. At that point, I had to cancel because I couldn't wait any longer. To my surprise, the guy at the front desk told me I'd be charged a $30 cancellation fee even though THEY kept me waiting. Not sure why I even needed an appointment if I was going to wait that long. From the moment I walked in, Seda had an attitude and was very unwelcoming. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers. read more

This was probably one of the worst experiences I've gotten at a nail salon in a while. I made appointments for both myself and my mom for the same time. Thankfully they took my mom immediately, but I waited 50 minutes. Initially it was fine because I saw they were busy, UNTIL another customer came in and they started working on her when I wasn't looking. It was only when I turned to my mom and said "don't worry, I'll pay for your nails but I won't get mine done," did a nail tech next to us call for someone from the back to help me. As she was working on my nails she kept messing up the shape 3 times until I gave up, because all I wanted was to leave as soon as possible so I could fix them myself. Overpriced manicure for not great work. This was our first and last time going to this salon. read more

I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was there for nearly 4 hours, only to leave unhappy with my nails. The biggest issue was communication. I showed the nail tech both a photo and a video of the design I wanted, but she barely looked at them and didn't communicate with me throughout the service. I clearly asked for a cat eye design only at the top of the nail, blended downward. Instead, she did a full cat eye on the entire nail. When I pointed it out, she rolled her eyes, seemed annoyed, and removed everything. She then tried to do a French tip version of cat eye, which still wasn't what I asked for. I tried to explain and show her the video and picture again, but she became visibly frustrated, made faces, called another tech over, and walked away without saying anything to me. The second tech was kind and did try to help but I had to wait over an hour to be helped by her. She checked in with me on each nail and asked if I liked it, and I did appreciate that. However l, I just wanted to show her the picture and for her to go based off of that, but it seemed that both of them didn't just want to look at it closely and then do my nails from that. At one point, I left the picture open and towards her so she can reference it, but she wouldn't look at it . Over all, because everything felt rushed, it also made the situation uncomfortable, like I was being overly critical or didn't know what I wanted, when I had already provided a clear reference. Despite her effort, the work still felt rushed. The final result was closer to what I had asked for, but the shaping was uneven and overall the work felt sloppy. There was also no proper cleanup under the Gel X nails, and I had to fix that myself at home. Overall, the lack of communication, dismissive attitude, and rushed work made this a really disappointing experience.

Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

After about 15 minutes of going back and forth and struggling to communicate, the result still wasn't right. We even switched to a different French design because the original style I wanted wasn't working out, but the final outcome was still uneven. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.
