First of all the staff is so kind and very helpful. They had gluten free options and can even accommodate if you have Celiac which is hard to find. When I placed my order they said the source locally as much as possible and their salad are cut from the root which is fantastic. I had the Basil Mayo BLT with gluten free bread and it was amazing! The bacon was cooked to perfection and if I go back I will for sure get it again. As our group ate we were checked on multiple times to make sure everything was ok.
