I got the Elk burger, my husband got a regular cheeseburger, Our son got a plain cheeseburger, and we all shared an order of fries. Everything came out hot and tasted good. Our order came to $34.59. The place was clean and welcoming. You order at the counter and seat yourself. They call your number when your order is ready. I recommend this place.

What bothered me even more than the burnt food was how the situation was handled. As soon as I mentioned it, the manager took off. The waitress went to the back, came back, and told me, "Sorry, they all look like that," then just left the food on the table. No offer to replace them, remake them, or make the situation right. If they all look like this, then why are they being served to customers? My order was $38.33. Food costs way too much nowadays to pay for something that is clearly burnt and then have the concern brushed off. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. I checked my food before I even left and gave them the opportunity to fix the problem. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply didn't want to pay for burnt food. In what world is this acceptable? The picture speaks for itself. Very disappointing experience.

I was so lucky years later to wind up marrying a Canadian and being able to enjoy Tim Hortons again. We have not been to Canada in 10 years so this was a must stop on our road trip! We were not intentionally search for a Timmy's; we just happened to see a sign on the highway and exited the highway just for this. Since we had our dog, I went inside to order. I was kinda hungry too so if something looked good, I was going to get it. The store was empty so I was able to browse a little before I placed my order. The cashier was okay but not personable or super enthusiastic. I ordered some fresh coffee for hubs and I, timbits, doughnuts, and a sandwich. The sandwich was mediocre and I might have been biased as thinking the coffee and sweet treats were amazing but they were!

And, as I was checking in, the hotel desk clerk recommended to me. I ordered the steak salad. It was so good & so unusual. Fresh spring mixed lettuce, cucumber, lots of cheese, a healthy portion of steak, mandarin oranges and, to top it off, nice, big onion rings. The service was good as well. This seems to be a local favorite; lots of groups and families, and some people who were also waiting were talking about how everything they get is good. Definitely worth a stop!

The service was average, nothing bad to say about the staff, they didn't go above and beyond but they also were by no means bad. The food though. Woof. Everyone has always said "Gotta go to the Forum! It's so good!" Noooo. Don't get me wrong I ate my chicken bacon wrap, and it was maybe a 4/10. I wasn't very impressed by it especially for the price. My SO had Alfredo and she was not a fan. I tried her dish, it was ehh.. it was edible all right but it was very disappointing in flavor especially since it's a Greek themed restaurant. Bathrooms were also a bit messy, paper towels everywhere, overflowing trash can. From what I gathered it also seems like staff use the public bathrooms too, makes sense given the size of the building. Generally I have no issue with staff using the same restroom but my point is that they saw the state of it and chose not to clean or rectify it. I personally wouldn't go back, maybe it's just not my cup of tea but I thought it was overhyped and overall disappointing.

I called and they were willing to make our sandwiches as close to 11 as possible and then just keep them warm for us. We got there around 11:15 and the sandwiches were ready. They were still hot and we really enjoyed our breakfast. We had lunch the day before and their sandwiches are top notch. Not a huge menu but what they do offer and provide is 10 out of 10. The cafe also has a cute little gift-shop with it and it is attached to an Amish grocery store.
