I was excited to see Ululani's had Lappert's ice cream.  I was interested in the lychee flavor but they did not have it in stock.  The owner graciously ordered me a 3 gallon tub.  About 3 weeks later my order arrived. Lychee ice cream had a sweet cream base and pieces of lychee throughout.  I loved the rich, sweet, creamy lychee flavor.  This is one of my favorite ice creams.
