I was excited to see Ululani's had Lappert's ice cream.  I was interested in the lychee flavor but they did not have it in stock.  The owner graciously ordered me a 3 gallon tub.  About 3 weeks later my order arrived. Lychee ice cream had a sweet cream base and pieces of lychee throughout.  I loved the rich, sweet, creamy lychee flavor.  This is one of my favorite ice creams. I believe Andrea even asked my wife about our color scheme so they could match it with the table cover they used for their station (little details we really appreciate and shows their attention to detail).
