Very Sad indeed. There must be some business ethics that protect the retail public from unscrupulous retailers such as this one. I purchased what I thought to be reliable product, at least according to the young lady I had purchased it from. After purchasing the vaporizer for $125.00 + taxes I found "G"Pro to be an unreliable piece of crap. Keeping the receipt with this business doesn't mean diddly-squat. Usually 30 days is the peace of mind one can expect if a product is defective. The senior staff member reluctant, blew us off by determining my wife had used and abused the vaporizer. She used the old "I have a friend that has had theirs for 4 years and never had a problem." routine and turn to her coworker for backup. The policy states right on the POS that you must return the merchandise within 24 hours. Ridiculous, who does business like that? A very shady one that's who. Folks, save your hard earned money and walk 2 doors down the street. Shop Tuesday thru Saturday at the other guys and get it right the first time. read more
