Brandon took my call and was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of everything in one phone call, in 15 minutes I had brought the new appliance and arranged delivery, installation and removal. I had an excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and shop here again myself. The delivery team arrived exactly as they had said, keeping us updated and informed of progress. They were efficient, clean and friendly and took all of the packaging and the old appliance away after installing the new appliance. What an easy experience.

Sent photo and video then, a week and a half later, finally received an email from the manufacturer on Friday asking me to phone and confirm an appointment for Monday (today). They're closed all weekend so couldn't phone to confirm but I set aside the day to wait around. Phoned the number this morning and was given another song and dance about how this isn't an appointment. Sure sounds like it was, as the email from the manufacturer says, "calI to confirm the appointment date and time". Now I wait, again, for a call with a confirmed appointment. Sure glad this isn't a fridge or freezer with a door that doesn't shut. Haven't heard squat from our salesperson - how about a follow-up call after delivery to see how things are going? Trail Appliances has washed their hands of us - handed us to an applicance repair company in town and to the manufacturer of our appliance who can't seem to coordinate things before contacting us. Our family had just moved over 2000km to the island and we had "forgotten" the metaphorical glue that kept our brains together, our beds. This "accident" was not so much of a problem but an opportunity, but we were tired and beaten by the road... we were in no mood to go through the motions of being sold something that we've got a near collective 80 years of experience with. In and out, get the first bed that seems comfy was the plan. Thankfully we came across Roxy, as smooth as a merlot and welcome as that third shot of tequila, she helped us see the light and take the time to subjectively define the quality of a bed... Roxy not only educated us on the why of the what BUT saved us money... she even managed to make us smile the whole time. We'd decided to be miserable, she turned it around. He never received a phone call at all on Friday regarding the delivery, he also never had a call today, Saturday regarding the delivery. Lucky for us, he was home at the time that the delivery truck showed up. He had to rush to empty his current fridge, which he would've had done, had he known when the team was showing up!! The delivery team that brought the fridge in and removed the old one was great, no disrespect to them, but the lack of a call to set up the time and date for the delivery and just showing up without a call to confirm that someone was home is extremely disappointing and poor customer service. They were wrong because it did not work. On the phone Barrons offered me no choices. They wouldn't even take it away and install a new one for pay. Barrons was not obligated to compensate me but they offered no solution. I bought a new one, same model brand new for $1600 + tax, with an automatic 1 year warranty. It was a bad idea to pay $1000 + tax for a used one. Dealing with Barrons was a total loss of over $1300. I'll never deal with them again, to risky. The service was fairly priced and prompt, but the skill level was questionable.
