They charged $575.16 to swap a capacitor and stacked an additional $423.85 to change a basic contactor--parts that combined cost under $90 retail. Charging a confused senior nearly $1,000 for an hour of basic parts-swapping is predatory. A formal complaint has been submitted to the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office and Adult Protective Services. I asked my AC company what they would have charged for the same services at it was $195! Paschal, 412% higher than a competitor, $804.01 more! Be very careful!
