Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. Glad I didn't give this guy the job because a few days later another installer showed LI Car guys did a job where they took the wheels off the car and they did not torque the wheels corrected when putting them back on and the customers wheels fell off and created a dangerous situation that they probably got sued for.
