    Had 5 yards of garden soil delivered yesterday. Driver spent 15 mins destroying my grass backing in and out, damaging both sides of my fence gate while doing so. He ended up dumping the soil half in our yard and half in the ally way. Our yard now has giant 8+ inch deep tire tracks and our fence is damaged. Called and asked them about it today and were told to email pictures to the owner. We did promptly after the call. The response from the owner was: 1.) "Our driver said he didn't hit anything" (the driver apologized verbally for hitting/cracking the fence) 2.) "We tell our drivers and customers alike that we do not drive on the grass." (Even though I watched him struggle to get out of my grass for 15 mins and there are tire marks and everything to show that he did) 3.) " If we cannot drop it off on your curb then you assume all liability for anywhere else we drop the dirt" (We came into their store in person and then later placed an order through the phone. Not once did they mention any policy regarding such a thing) Owner responded with lies and contradicting commentary (He wrote in caps lock that they did not drive on grass, but right before hand said the driver said I told him to drive into the grass). Worse service ever and super unprofessional. Paid over $160 just to have them damage my fence and destroy my lawn. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

    My husband and I both own a landscaping business and we have used your company to buy rocks from for two days now. We came back today to get another load of rocks and the owner got upset about questions being asked. My husband wasn't being rude or anything and the owner got out the tractor and slapped my husband across the face. My husband got back in his truck and went back into the office just to find out that was the owner. Hmm.. I don't understand how you can run a business with this level of customer service. Whether it was a bad day for him or not. You don't treat someone that is at your business buying materials from you and you treat them like this?? Wow! You will be hearing from my lawyers and police report is being made now!

    I went on here looking for help because I work full-time and run an Airbnb…read more I'm good with house upkeep, but the lawn seems to always be a bit of a problem with me, so I came for estimates. DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! Seriously, I appreciate your hard work.

    This is my second time using this wonderful business and my experience this time was even better…read morethan the last time! I didn't even think it possible to have a better experience than my last experience, but I did. I contacted DLC's through YELP and their response was instantaneous, professional, accommodating and polite. They got my elderly aunt's snow removal scheduled right away, which made it possible for her to get to the doctor. It's not often that you find business owners who are willing go over and above the call of duty time and time again. At DLC's they ensure exemplary customer service. It's so refreshing to know that there are still folks out there who really care. Give them your business and you will be greatly pleased.
