James took his time going over the intake questionnaire I had completed previously and discussed the plan for the areas to focus on. I received a 90-minute deep tissue massage focused on my upper body and it was amazing! I didn't realize how much tension and pain I was carrying all this time and I was grateful for the release and relaxation. James was very communicative about how much pressure to apply and was able to provide just the right amount based on my preferences. I paid for the the combo body and feet service I didn't get my full service. I was assigned a women who was doing great but was abruptly cut short by the man at the counter, saying she was going to take care of someone else. What made me feel uncomfortable my lower body was exposed and the man took over with no reason explaining why he had to take over. When it was time to turn over onto my front side he didn't leave the room but was turned around towards the door. I specifically said I was having really bad pain on my upper back and neck, both the woman and the guy didn't work on what I asked for. My hands were balled up into a fist and we're so tense that my hands were sore. And all I thought about was "I have to get out of here"
