We came around 6 and left at 9:30pm and easily could've stayed for three more hours. This place is super clean, has an artsy studio set up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have way too many options (which is problematic for someone like me because I wanna do them all haha). There are stencils, tape, literally all kinds of tools to help you create your masterpiece. They even have finished color swatches so you can see what you'll end up with, which I appreciated. They lay out the prices for each piece on the shelf so there are no surprises. There's a $15 paint fee then the cost of your item (most average about $26). Their pricing is absolutely worth it in my opinion. Their Instagram even shows that they're mobile and can come do parties or events too! Can't wait to get my final piece snd looking forward to coming back to paint more stuff!

I love that they have a "stay as long as you want" policy and I was told you can also bring your item home and come back another time to finish if needed too. Most of the pottery items range from about $22+. Considering it is a women owned + local small business, I am all for supporting it. They also have a to-go slime kit.  We were leaving Tahoe that day so we wanted to make something that we could bring home the same day. The kids each made a garden and a candle. For the garden, we chose a pot which varies in price. We then got to choose a real or fake plant. To plant, small rocks went in first for drainage and then we filled it with dirt. Now comes the fun part to decorate with the add ons. There were different types and color rocks, moss, and tiny figurines. My kiddo loved getting his creativity on with all the options.  For the candle, we chose a container which varies in price also. We then got to choose the colored wax to break it apart. It was actually easier to break it with the hands then cut it up. Once we were done with that part, we got to choose a scent, then a wick was added, and clear gloss was poured over to seal it.  It was a cute and fun experience. The best part is that all supplies are provided, and no cleaning is needed.

It was so fun meeting Michelle, she's so happy to share and teach others, it really made the whole experience that much better. It's definitely a beginners space and the class was lacking some guidance/direction. We were allowed to make as much as we wanted and play around with whatever ideas we had. Honestly, one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had. From the moment we…read morearrived, we were treated in an extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending manner. Instructions were spoken to us as if we were incapable of understanding them, and the overall attitude felt belittling rather than welcoming. On top of that, it felt like there was a charge for absolutely everything. The part that really made no sense was being told that we had to leave by 3 PM because they had reservations at that time. We arrived at 1 PM, so we understood that we had a limited amount of time, but then we literally heard someone call to make a 3 PM reservation and were told that they had room. So which is it? If you need us to leave because of a reservation, that's understandable--but telling us there are no exceptions while simultaneously accepting another 3 PM reservation is extremely misleading. A business can have rules, fees, and time limits--that's not the issue. It's how you treat people. We left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and unfortunately that completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun experience.
