I came in during a weekday afternoon and was able to decompress. Their pottery item selection is pretty versatile and the employees are very helpful if you need any assistance. I love that they have a "stay as long as you want" policy and I was told you can also bring your item home and come back another time to finish if needed too. Most of the pottery items range from about $22+. Considering it is a women owned + local small business, I am all for supporting it. Would love if they begin to offer a stamp card or possibly a monthly membership/program!

Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge is located inside the Pavilions on Fair Oaks Blvd next to Piatti. We walked inside and it was pretty busy, but they had plenty of space and lots of seating. We put our names in and they told us it would be about an hour before we would be able to sit and paint - so we walked around and checked out all of the ceramic options available. They had so many cute options from bowls, to mugs, to piggy banks, to jewelry boxes to platters - I could go on and on! All ranging in different sizes and pricing! For the 4 of us, we decided on a cute set of Valentine's Day gnomes, a fairy jewelry box, a donut jewelry box and a big cafe mug. All paints, paintbrushes, stencils, etc. are included in the painting fee which is $15 per adult and $13 per child. Between the 4 of us and all of our choices, it was just shy of $200 so you're looking at roughly $50 a person which is a lot, but you also don't have a time limit on how long you can stay and with our party of 4, I think we were close to almost 2 hours. Once you are done painting, they will take your ceramic and it will go in the kiln during the week. You will need to come back on whatever day they tell you for pick up - for us, it is this Wednesday after 4pm. Overall, we had a great time at Petroglyph Ceramic Lounge! This is perfect for a birthday party, Sunday Funday or even a date night. We will absolutely be returning soon! I highly recommend making a reservation though if you can!

My sister and I had not painted pottery since we were little kids, so the experience at Ever After Wines was definitely an upgrade because we got to drink delicious wine while we painted! They also have a to-go slime kit.  We were leaving Tahoe that day so we wanted to make something that we could bring home the same day. The kids each made a garden and a candle. For the garden, we chose a pot which varies in price. We then got to choose a real or fake plant. To plant, small rocks went in first for drainage and then we filled it with dirt. Now comes the fun part to decorate with the add ons. There were different types and color rocks, moss, and tiny figurines. My kiddo loved getting his creativity on with all the options.  For the candle, we chose a container which varies in price also. We then got to choose the colored wax to break it apart. It was actually easier to break it with the hands then cut it up. Once we were done with that part, we got to choose a scent, then a wick was added, and clear gloss was poured over to seal it.  It was a cute and fun experience. The best part is that all supplies are provided, and no cleaning is needed.

My friends and I stopped here for a friend's bachelorette weekend, to make mosaics. We were a few…read moreminutes late running to this place as we were figuring out parking after rushing back from lunch (that's on us). Staff here was super accommodating and very friendly, was great to chat with too! Everything here is very neatly organized and quite a lot of choices for mosaic pieces. We used paint as the base for our pieces (had super cute water bowls for paint brushes we used), I think paint drying took the longest. It was a little funny we all basically hounded over our pieces to dry a bit before we put tile pieces on it. Little mirror pieces, pretty stones and such were plentiful to use. Elmer's glue was used to secure the pieces and surprisingly holding great. Each piece had a price on them when we were choosing them off the wall. Prices weren't unreasonable, on top of studio space and materials that we were using. It was a fun activity as we love our arts n crafts. I think one of my friend's made the appointment/time slot online, everything was smooth sails and we basically stayed till closing time. Final Thoughts: Thank-you for a fun experience and we'd so recommend this place for others visiting here looking for activities that aren't outdoors!
