Great puzzles, great themes great immersion!! Been there three times! I live in Virginia Beach and it's definitely worthwhile! It's always fun because the way you enter is not the way you exit !! The super villain room was pretty rad as well as the matrix room. The first room I ever did was their 7 deadly sins one back in 2015.

A friend of my wife's told her about this place and said it was a great place to challenge ones critical thinking skills while having a blast..was that ever an understatement! This site is tucked in the rear of a strip mall..innocuous and easily overlooked. They are constantly changing the challenges and the skills needed vary in difficulty. We elected to try the easiest one..Poe's Chamber.. since it was our first time trying this type of game...but won't be the last! While I would love to tell you all the challenges you will face within the room that would spoil all the fun so I will only say that you have 60 minutes to solve the various clues and find all the keys to lead you to "the Raven". Unfortunately my group was a little over a minute from solving the last clue..Aww shucks! I think you will find that you will be challenged mentally beyond what you would ever expect..but you will leave feeling great and most likely addicted. So go with your spouse, bestie, friends or family and channel your inner Sherlock Holmes.

This place is great! We came for a work teambuilder and I have to say, I was looking forward to it about as much as doing trust falls with your coworkers. I had a blast! The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. The workers are great about giving hints to keep the frustration levels low. They are also fantastic about explaining the gamw beforehand. I will definitely be back with my friends! If you have been looking for an escape room or have no interest in ever doing an escape room, come here. You will enjoy yourself.

First of all the address is wrong. It's 7025 and you get to it from the back side (there is parking in back). We did the Plato Cave and absolutely loved it. This room you start in absolute darkness and handcuffed to a table. The goal is to escape in 60 minutes. This is a more challenging course and only allows 4 players - bring friends and have a blast. We escaped with about 30 seconds left. We will be coming back to try another one soon!

So fun looking for clues. When the team opens a clue or lock it is exciting. We did the hardest room and did not make it out. So if you want a challenge do the matrix escape room.

These escape rooms are so creative. We've been to several places and we had a great time in this location.

Best $25 I've spent in a long time. The clues were clever and challenging. Staff was friendly. Can't wait to go back and do another room :)

I had the pleasure of being gifted a tour certificate from my co-workers who all know how much of a foodie I am. I finally found a good time to go when the weather was pretty mellow, and it was just perfect to walk around for the tour. I opted for the Churchill food tour, and shockingly had not tried many of the places on the tour, so was in for a treat. I wasn't expecting the history tour along with it, but that was nice to hear about Richmond's history while walking and site seeing. The tour guides are great and excited to be there and giving the tours, which also makes for a great experience. There were about five stops on the tour within two hours and it was a nice balance of walking, eating and taking breaks to learn. Some tours and stops even include alcohol, so that was a nice surprise. I've already bought another gift certificate to check out a different food tour. Highly recommend this experience to all, especially my foodies and history buffs!

Tour started at the entrance and we went to notable spots. We were only 7 in the tour. Our tour guide Doug who has been doing it for 14 seasons was very knowledgeable. He shared interesting facts, architectural/art styles, history of people and places/Richmond. We saw the iron dog, graves of the 2 US presidents (John Monroe's Tomb and John Tyler's Monument), Lewis Ginter Mausoleum, Palmer Chapel Mausoleum (and the overlooks on its sides), among others. It was a nice tour. I learned a lot. If you plan to go there on your own, there's a map from the website that you can download and use where there are markers for the notable spots. Google Maps does not have these spots in it. The restroom can be found on the left shortly after entering the cemetery. Lewis Ginter Mausoleum shows Victorian era architecture. When you peek through the door, you would see the nice Tiffany glass artwork behind. With its history, nice views overlooking the James River, the peaceful and quiet environment, this is a place worth checking out.

It made me question if they are properly insured as motor vehicles. (Hence the 3 star rating) But I went anyway (trusting in my own coverage if there were to be an incident), and it was fun. The heated seats in the tuktuk were working more in some seats than others, but it was warm enough for me that it didn't matter to me to get a non-heated seat. We did see quite a few houses, and we did get a lot of interesting looks from passersby. I wouldn't want to do this on a particularly cold or rainy day though - I could see it being miserable in those conditions. The route seemed pretty random, as we only crossed paths with the other tuktuk in our party a few times, like the driver was taking us to his faves. The worst part of our trip was that Ownby Fr was all torn up for construction, so it was a rough ride, but hopefully that will improve soon.

This was probably in the fine print but it wasn't obvious. We tipped a bit in cash and came home to an email that we would be automatically charged for an 18% tip ($100+). The drivers did not mention this.
