Look, I have never been a big fan of rental places, but I have to tell you that when it came to an issue I had this last week David and the staff at RENTATIRE went above and beyond for me. Most rent to own companies have this policy, pay or pick up. Well, my debt card expired on the 31st of Oct and my new one had not come in yet. I called Rentatire and explain the situation and they worked with me. They waited 9 days until my new card came it. NO questions asked, very helpful, very understanding and very professional. I thought my car was going to be sitting on bricks by the end of the day on the 31st, but no!!!! I have been a customer for a couple of years and they have always treated me like I was important. Even though I only got tires and not rims! (smile) You may pay a little bit more doing the rent to own for tires and rims, but I promise that you will not get better customer service anywhere. These guys do care, you are not just a dollar sign to them!!!! Thank you David and the rest of the staff.. we wont have this issue again, My card is good till 2015!!!!!! read more

I just recently purchased 22's for my mercedes this weekend. These guys where very helpful. I called ahead of time to let them know i was on my way because I was short on time. They didn't have what I was looking for but they went above the call of duty and went and got a set that were in their warehouse. I was able to get back to work in the time spand that I needed too and they made sure I was satisfied. Once my vehicle was finished they pulled my car up right by the door handed me my keys and even took a picture for the "Wall of Fame". The manager even gave me his personal cell phone if I had any concerns. This store really cares about the customer and have made me very happy. I was up in el paso going to a veterans appt and decided to stop in and check out the tire shop. Soon as I walked in everybody was friendly and welcomed me into the store. I started talking to aj about what i was looking for and he worked out and found me dime good looking rims and tires that I been looking for. He did a great job and am pleased with the rims and tires I got for my truth. I also dealt with Dave the next day to get my rims retorqued and he was very eager to get my truck in and everything taken care of on my truck. I had two flats within the same week. My co-worker told me about Rent-A-Tire and as soon as I walked in I was approved. They didn't check my credit and most of all i drove off with rims and tires that same day. AJ gave me good customer service and took good care of me. I would recommend this place only because of the key people working there. Rims and tires can be purchased anywhere. How ever service and support is hard to come by. This store has completely changed, there are alot of new people that really look like they enjoy what they are doing. I went in last weekend to see if they had any new rims and I ended up leaving with a NICE set of 22's for my car. Not only did the sales lady help me but she explained everything as if I was a new customer. I have done buisness with this store a couple of times and NEVER knew that I get free rotation and flat repairs. I really think this store is moving on to bigger and better things. Back in January 2015, I needed new tires for my car and of course being right after Christmas I was tapped out on funds.
