Called to inquire about service. They put me on hold supposedly for a moment. 15 minutes and still no response. This is the second time.

Waited almost 4 hours to get a flat tire fixed. Caught the technician putting the still flat tire back on the car. He said oops breakdown in communication. Service took way to long and not an apology from anyone. read more

I came here for an alignment had to get camber bolts to obtain the proper alignment. Just for the 2 bolts, install, and alignment my quote was almost 500$. They were going to charge over 100$ just for the 2 bolts. So I replace the bolts myself and order some for 30$ and all I had to do for install was take tires off and put them back on to replace the bolts. Then I come back to this shop after installing the bolts they requested and the mechanic said they were installed wrong which makes no sense and that tells me he doesn't know how to do his job. With camber bolts it's the alignment shops responsibility to rotate the washers/bolts to obtain the alignment it's part of the alignment process and this guy is saying they are installed backwards. The bolts are on a circular cam so as you rotate the bolts and washer it changes the alignment. Moving the nut and bolt to the other direction changes nothing it was just a scam for me to pay for 200$ in labor then on top of that a 140 dollar alignment. My time was wasted and I think they just did not want to work on my car. I also had a appointment and I had to wait over an hour until my car was worked on then this was the result of me coming to this shop twice I went to a different alignment shop and the job was done with no complaints read more

Such a professional place to come in and know they have the best price and fast service. I went around to three other brake places and all where over $150.00 for the rear brakes. I not only got the price to be about 128.00 but the best type of brakes. Everyone else where selling me semi ceramic and they sold me the ceramic for cheaper price then the other guys. They explained it and clearly discussed it with me. So it was cheaper, faster, and better quality of parts. No brainer......I did my brakes here and now. read more

Went in for an alignment on a Saturday, and they finished the alignment fast. When I drove my truck out of there the alignment was worse! It was pulling all over the road, went back in to tell them, they drove it around the block and agreed it was bad, which btw shouldn't they test drive the vehicles to make sure they did the job correctly before giving it back to the customer? Anyway, they said they couldn't fit me back in that day due to the fact that the only person doing the alignments was booked for the day. They told me I could come back on Monday and gave me a refund. So what do I do with my vehicle now that it's unsafe for me to drive??? I had to go somewhere else. Took another vehicle in prior to this for an alignment as well, and they called me after 5 minutes to say that I needed to fix a lot of parts before they could do it. They could replace all of the parts needed for $1300! When I googled prices it was only like $300 for parts. That's a ridiculous way to screw people over! Needless to say I won't be coming to this business for any of my vehicle needs. read more

I went in to get my car balanced, totally unaware that I had a greater issue. William and John were professional and kind enough to break down the situation for me. My front tires were almost gone. Waited till Black Friday to shop for tires from a national chain, but was disappointed with the customer service experience. It was like pulling teeth from the Sales Associate, he didn't volunteer in store or online promotions. My friend and I were treated as Mystery Shoppers and were reluctantly given a quote. Complete different story from the guys at Dyer Tire, loud shout out for their great service. The environment was friendly and positive, greeted by the first employee we encountered and personally offered options and prices by the owner. FYI Martin Tire is not a national chain, they're only located in El Paso, Las Cruces and Alamogordo. read more

Fast friendly service. They did not try to sell me a tire I didn't need. I told them my driving habits and in turn they gave me a variety to choose from. The tires are reasonably priced. Total time it took from initial contact to me leaving was 9 min. I will definitely use them as my go to auto shop. read more
