They knew that I had dogs and I was very concerned about nails being left on the grass/ground. When they were done my yards and back patio was cleaner when they left it. Not only was the full scope of work we agreed upon not even completed, the quality of the workmanship that was done was extremely poor to say the least. Not even 2 days after the repair was made (the next rainfall) was the roof found to be still leaking. Repair was not even effective. He took $4k of my money and now will not return my phone calls, texts, voicemails, or emails. I simply have asked for him to make the roof not leak. I didn't ask for any money returned, even though it all should be returned. I have spent that last 3 months attempting to get a hold of him. He has disconnected one of the two phone numbers I had and will no longer respond to any emails, voicemails, or texts I leave for him. The address of this "business" on google shows a false address, any additional business phone numbers you search for are always disconnected or not accepting phone calls, its all just a very con artist way to do business. Unfortunately, my next steps are legal action. However, do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company or Joe Stanley.

We had some additional repairs on the fascia and soft which were also completed on time. Raymond was very responsive, answering emails and texts within same day some even within hours. He asked for 50% up front labor and materials, but would not accept a single penny until the walk thru was complete and we were happy. During the walk thru, we identified a few areas needing corrections, he had his crew out the next day and they corrected the work without hesitation. I would certainly recommend Raymon and RJM Roofing LLC to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

I just had a new roof installed by Campos Roofing. I live in one of the original Oak Forest homes…read moreand have the original 80 year-old decking, which has been a concern for me due to visible spots of rot. Campos gave me a very reasonable quote. The guys arrived at 7am and had the roof stripped within an hour. They spent most of the rest of the day cutting out rot and replacing it with new wood. Because they had laid out tarps and plywood to protect my lawn and AC, clean up was really fast and effective. The next day they finished up shingling the roof on the house and shed. They even helped me carry groceries into the house and brought up my trash bin. Gus and his crews are very nice people and I will work with them again.

Keep in mind I called about 3 months after my roof was replaced. I ended up paying another roofing company to come make the repair. I would recommend going with a local company for roofing repairs. If you do decide to hire Reel Roofing, hold on to your money until you are 100% satisfied with the work. I would get 3 sets of eyes on the roof before you pay as they will not come back to fix anything once they are paid. This company is out of Texas.

Given the weather, Monarch was able to come out the next day - Shane came himself to look at the leak from inside the house and attic as it was still not safe to go up on the roof in the weather. Then, 2 days later, they were able to get a crew out to inspect the roof and make the necessary repairs. Communication was a bit frustrating at times as the time table kept changing and we were running up against another round of multi-day rain chances, but it all got fixed in the end. We ended up replacing 9 rain collars and some roofing around my furnace vent, totaling $750. Seemed a bit steep, but when it comes to roof leaks and impending rain I didn't have much wiggle room to start over and get new quotes. I did appreciate that the crew doing the work took before and after pictures - that provided good peace of mind.
