I found Restoration Chiropractic through a Living Social deal...I was a little nervous at first but Dr. Bills and Dr. Hansen are two of the nicest people I've ever met and truly make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are extremely knowledgeable of not only their profession (duh!) but also many other health benefits! =] I have been going there for the past 3 months and am excited for a new future without headaches (as I have many migraines) and they plan on changing that! -MY MEDICAL HISTORY- (Kaiser Fail) Let me begin by saying that my Kaiser medical professionals have put me into their program for the top 5 percent of chronic pain sufferers where we get stronger pain killers and we learn techniques to just deal with the pain for the rest of our lives. We even get special services from Kaiser where they cover acupuncture and special TENS units. When I last visited Kaiser Urgent Care with excruciating rib pain, the doctor wouldn't even x-ray my ribs and she assured me that the pain was just part of my autoimmune disorder. She prescribed even heavier pain killers, and muscle relaxants (which I HATE taking) and suggested for me to get my MM license, and go in for acupuncture treatments (which I DID find useful) to better deal with my chronic pain. -1st VISIT TO Dr. BILLS- He LISTENED to me, took x-rays and found my FRACTURED rib! Hallelujah! I'm not crazy with imaginary pain! That alone made me feel much better. His insight was spot on, and after following his suggestions, my swelling and inflammation went down for the first time in 6 years! Not perfect, but amazingly better. -2nd VISIT TO Dr. BILLS- Surprisingly, he took even more time to LISTEN to me, and really see how I was, and what he could do to help me. After our half hour chat, one of the girls on his super friendly staff took me back to work on my knees before the Dr., worked on resetting my rib. -3rd VISIT TO Dr. BILLS- Whoah! They asked me to lay face down on the table so one of the ladies could warm me up before my adjustment, and I didn't know that those tables move to alleviate lower back pain! Guess what, it worked! She got into my lower back pain and worked that all out! Then I got adjusted, and got to lay on a massaging table for another 10 min. Walking out, I couldn't believe how great I felt, even with my horrible flare from the rain! WOW!! I just thought I'd have to live with lower back pain forever! Apparently that's NOT the case! I can feel better! -MY OVERALL THOUGHTS- I've been to several chiropractors in the past, and for the most part I find that they are generally arrogant, pushy, and they try their hardest to schedule as many visits as possible to more densely pack their schedules increasing their sales. That's NOT the case here. Dr. Bills has the most genuinely sincere smile, he and his staff truly care about the health of their patients, and they only recommend the frequency of visits that the patients truly need. I've never been good at accepting compliments, so that would be my only complaint. Everyone who works here is sincerely friendly, and I found that I had to shyly smile on several occasions while being showered with compliments. LOL! Oh, and the red paint. When you lie on your back on the massage table, if you look up, you can see tiny traces of the original red paint in the seams of the walls and ceiling. Poor customer service. I've been a customer at this business since before they opened up in Tracy, started with them in Livermore. I'm one of their first customers here in Tracy. I lost my insurance so I stopped going, too expensive out of pocket. I tweeked a disc in my back, can barely walk, my upper body is twisted, constant relentless pain, so my wife bought me a Groupon to be seen. I show up, barely can walk, and they say sorry buddy you're not a "new" patient you can't use this Groupon....then send me out the door in pain. Found this incredible place by happenstance! I highly recommend scheduling a consult with Dr. Trevis Rawlinson, he is a gifted Chiropractor. For many years, I ignored pain. I suffered from chronic headaches. Often neck, back, hip, wrist and knee pain would become unbearable. It was so bad that it interfered with everyday life. I'd only go to the doctor when the symptoms would become unbearable, but never really addressed the core issues. It took a minor car accident to finally get the Chiropractic care that I really needed. In 6 weeks, Dr. Rawlinson, successfully treated my whiplash. I was amazed that with regular treatment, my neck felt better than I could even remember. After 3 months of care to address other underlying conditions, I was amazed at how much my health had improved. Mid December, I could drive 4 hours comfortably, which in November, I could hardly drive 1 hour without significant hip, back and neck pain. I have been seeing Dr. Bills three times per week for about a month. I first decided to see Dr. Bills after finding a Groupon. At first, I was very nervous. I have never seen a chiropractor before and was not sure it would help with my leg pain. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I first met him. He made a diagnosis very quickly and the subsequent tests supported his initial diagnosis. After my first appointment, which included an adjustment, I felt tremendously better. Now, I always look forward to my appointments. The staff at the office are extremely kind; the warmth is palpable as soon as you walk in the door. You can tell that they take pride in their work and do their best to improve their patient's health. After each appointment there is a noticeable difference in my walking and pain. My family can tell when I can walk almost normally, when I normally have a limp. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. However, keep in mind that chiropractory, like anything, requires follow-up as adjustments the take time to become permanent. read more

I originally came here because I had a groupon for a massage but it included an adjustment and X-rays. I didn't even realize that Dr. Bills has his doctorate in neurology! I've seen neurologist after neurologist that couldn't do anything for my migraines that I suffer from daily. Dr. Bills told me I have a reverse curve in my neck and that Could be the cause of my migraines. I was skeptical at first because I am a nursing student and believe in the power of medicine, but I was extremely impressed at how everything made sense to me since I have knowledge in how the human body works. I was also very honest with Dr. bills. I told him how I felt and how everyone scared me telling me the chiropractor only wants your money. But he explained everything and made me very comfortable. I am now doing a 36 month treatment And he is working with me on the price. At this office they really care about you! And not the little how are you , hope you have a great day. We drive about 20 minutes to go to this Chiropractic Office. Initially we found the deal on Groupon. And have been loyal since. The ladies who work the front desk are always perky and greets you by name each time you walk in. If you have an issue with part of your body, the doctor likely can fix it. I keep promoting this office to my friends. The doctor is good at remembering names, where you work things you have talked about. I have been coming to this office for about a month now and I love it here. I have been suffering from lower back añd hip problems for about 15yrs because of childbirth. It got to the point where i was in pain, extremely stiff, and my mobility was being compromised. After i came here i received a full very thorough exam and xray. I found out i had scoliosis. I have been to other chiropractors before and was never checked thoroughly enough to see what my real issue was. Dr. Rawlingson set up a treatment plan añd i was actually shocked because it is very affordable. After a month of treatment i can now say my pain has subsided añd my right hip has been out of socket for 15yrs. It is now back in place. I am starting to feel human again and my mobility feels like a new person. Im extremely grateful to the Dr for helping me añd making me feel brand new. This place does not know what they are talking about. I buy a Groupon which states xrays, consultation, adjustment and 1 hour massage. I call the place to schedule something because my back is tight and I told the secretary that my back was bothering me and she said she would have someone call me back. Some dude calls me saying you need a 80 dollar some thing because you have a acute problem. I'm like dude I just need a quick adjustment and a massage. I told him I mainly wanted the massage. He says "we're not massage envy, if you want a massage you can go somewhere else". I then proceed to tell him why did they have the Groupon up to begin with if you aren't going to treat people when they buy it? Extremely unprofessional. A real doctor would have honored the Groupon and if something more needed to be done then let them know. Not base a entire adjustment off of what your secretary tells you. Y'all weak af. read more
