I did this for no favors and on my own accord. This review is about 2 weeks overdue but I really have to make it known HOW AMAZING IT IS TO WORK WITH STEPHEN ANS HOLDING ROOFING!!!! I don't know how exactly my mother found him but Stephen and his company has truly surpassed every milestone and expectation and went above and beyond. His patience to listening what my mother requests has been extra ordinary. My mother and I are of Asian descent and although my English is as American as it can get...; my mother can be hard to understand many times with her English. According to my mother and the many interactions I've had with Stephen, he has been courteous, extremely patience and followed through with every word of the contract. He follows up with text messages, phone calls, and voice messages between my mother, two sisters and I. I can understand how frustrating that can be to reconfirm, or go over the details because my mother just wanted to make sure she understood the terms for her new roof replacement. Stephen of the time reexplained, came to the house, called or text to explain the details. For those that reside within an HOA establishment and are concerned with the stringent requirements or finding a company that will make sure no time and money is wasted, EVERYONE, should reach out to Holding Roofing. He knew the details of what our HOAs requirements were and this helped us stay on track and time. Even when we found out paperwork that needed to be filled , Stephen gladly paused the work until WE were satisfied before starting the construction demolition and roofing of my parent's roof. The day of roofing came and his team treated our property and our neighbors as if they lived there. Even before beginning work, Stephen reached out to make sure if we wanted our satellites re installed. Staging, demolition of the roof was clean throughout and the entire 2000 ? sq foot home and was completed in 1-2 days ( maybe one day). Came by to make sure and went over warranty information with my mother :) and then myself(over the phone). We were so impressed with his professionalism, work, communication that we preceded to have his company work on my home, as well as my sister's in the near future( hopefully by August). If every company could operate like Stephen's Holding roofing company, workmanship, then we would have a perfect world of trustworthy people. The billing department personnel, Aubrey, gets 10/10 stars as well. She is quick to return calls, arrange payments and is genuinely a kind and nice person to work with. Julio did a fantastic job removing a 20-year-old galvanized gas pipe that was detaching from the…read morewall due to the new roof we installed. He replaced the pipe with a yellow gas pipe, a metal flex, and ran it through the attic instead of on the garage ceiling. He also installed a Bradford White 40-gallon atmospheric vent water heater perfectly. Still, first we ran into some old galvanized pipe that was completely rusted, corroded, and clogged, running from the water heater to the 2 washers we have. The pipes were so bad that the threads broke, so he replaced them with PEX. After that, he put drywall and spackle to patch the holes and also repaired some cracks in the garage ceiling. His prices are great, and his work is impeccable. Do not hesitate to call Julio for any need. He also installed a Moen kitchen faucet about 6 months ago and patched a hole behind the dishwasher. Both were exceptionally well done. He always answers his phone and is ready to work. I highly recommend.
