Charged us for 3 hours when he was only here for maybe 50 minutes. Then to top it off, the faucet is so TIGHT, I would need a pair of pliers to turn it. My husband finally tried turning it on and NO Water comes out. It is broken. This is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND

But the question was where was s all this water going. Come to find out it was the tank on top of the water heater. So they found where it was leaking and fixed the problem. I went the next day to pay and she sad they were coming back out to check the pressure of the tank to make sure it was fixed. I get over there to inspect there work I wasn't pleased how they left the old tank in front of the place and left the water meter still uncovered. Still waiting on them to finish there inspection. I was first in line for the day. Then the guy called a little while later and told me he would be over in about 20 minutes. About 65 minutes later (45 minutes past original 20) I received a call from the first person again. Apparently he called me by accident but I mentioned how the guy was 45 minutes late and I was told that something about them 'young kids' or something but that the guy was good. About 15 minutes after that (hour after original eta) the plumber arrived. The plumber fixed the leak timely and quickly. I then had him fix one of my toilets. He brought in a new braided steel toilet supply line and said that they recommended everyone switch because this one had a metal end versus plastic that may crack. (I asked if that plastic can crack, what about the plastic on the toilet itself?) The plumber fixed the toilet quickly. He then spent ten minutes writing up my bill and then left after I paid. He was there almost exactly, but not over, two hours. Bill total was $334. $45 was materials, with the toilet supply line being $16.95. Labor was $285.00 1. Being late was OK, would have just preferred to be kept in the loop and informed. 2. I don't know where they buy their toilet supply lines from but neither Home Depot or Lowes have a supply line that costs anywhere near that amount. 3. $140 an hour seems high but maybe it is not. You can be the judge of that. It was a Sunday. Overall I think they did a great job. Even with them being an hour later they still responded promptly and took care of the issue with minimal collateral damage.

Rusted out pool pipe needed replacing. Jerry showed up on time the same day and disconnected…read morepiping. He recommended piping be put underground, being late in the day he showed up the next morning to assess the situation and accused the builder of a 6 year old house that the gas line was 'not up to code'. I contacted the builder concerned who reassured me it was with photos and a video. He then reassessed the situation and determined it was ok then said he would be "right back". He never returned that day. It being day 2 with gas for hot water, i contacted another plumber. I texted him and figured he didn't want the work. He called back and said he still wanted to complete the work, but said he had 'emegencies' that day and forgot to contact me. I said that's fine but i need a fixed bid. He said he could provide an estimate but "didn't know what he was going to find" in the ground. Which is not a "fixed" bid. The new plumber showed up the next assessed the situation and determined that digging was not required and gave me a firm cost. They had my gas back on by the afternoon. Meanwhile, I told Jerry i would pay for the work completed as I felt bad. He showed up to my house without notice and demanded payment then as 'he had to be somewhere'. As I was out i told him i could leave him a check when i got back but couldn't magically appear at that moment. I ended paying Jerry for the 'work' he completed. A nice fellow, but not very focused on the customer's situation. He recommended unnecessary work ( a bunch of needless trenching) and needless anxiety (by suggesting my gas line was not up to code and the house may 'blow up'). And i spent $460 on nothing but grief and a 2 day delay. Wouldn't recommend. Find someone else.
