If you need a tenant finding service or a full on property manager, Maree is excellent and comes very well recommended! When we first went to rent our property, Maree did an appraisal so we knew how much rent to charge. She organised the marketing and advertising for us and arranged all the viewings. She short listed the best prospective tenants for us, credit and police checked them and called references. This saved us an awful lot of time and it didn't cost us a cent as the new tenants paid the finding fee, not us so even better. I did use Maree to do a full property inspection report which was very thorough. She detailed the condition of the property in a report for both the tenants and I to use as a baseline.
